@airtelindia I've been requested a fiber connection and multiple times. I received a call and but it was disconnected due to a network problem. I tried to call on your executive contact number provided by airtel but was not able to connect. again requested but not getting call.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI So far Airtel has closed my complaint three times saying that your complaint has been resolved but no such redressal has been brought. These buses are just sitting to rob people and not to handle anyone's complaint.

If @airtelindia does not able to provide services why they give commitment. Is simple. They are charging high compare to other services provider and their services are worst. Please do not go for airtel as they do kot cate their customer. plz teach them lession what customer 3/4

@airtelindia @airtelnews is the worst service provider. I had a connection that they had deactivated and when I had asked them to reactivate it they are unable to do it. I am chasing to get it done from last 15 days. But everytime they say we will fix the issue in next 72 1/2

@airtelindia I'm currently abroad and have issues with my Airtel IR pack. Can't make out going calls. I reached your @Airtel_Presence team last week but no resolution yet. I couldn't reach customer care service in any other way. Is this the service you offer to customers?

Outgoing SMS service has been stopped in Smart recharge @airtelindia for INR 45,49 & 79. U could charge 1.5 rs for a outgoing SMS as we are recharging on monthly basis. Could not understand the logic behind your tariff packages.

@airtelindia I live in Saharsa City of Bihar. In my area there is pathetic network. Call drops after 3-5 min everytime. No one is listening. Nearest tower owner told reason i.e. - "Nil battery backup,so equipment malfunctioning ". 📍 25.8819397, 86.5844543
