    @airtelindia what kind of service you guys are providing. you guys charge money and send bills even when we are not using them. but when we get any issue in the network your technician arrives at our place and in the name of service charges take 200 rupees. which is invalid.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It has been over 24 hours with no update after sharing all details and address via DM. Issue still persists (5G signal but no internet). This is unacceptable. Kindly provide immediate resolution or I will proceed with port out and further escalation.

    @airtelindia I request you to kindly: Waive off the charges for the downtime period Ensure a permanent fix to avoid repeated disruptions It is unfair to charge for days when the service was not provided.
