    @airtelindia pathetic service , even after being a post paid user since 5 years, my data usage of almost 200 gb has been reset , ur customer executive said that it's not happen while upgrading plan but when we downgrade the plan the data plan is reset to zero #pathetic #timeto

    Dear @airtelindia, the internet services in the recent past have been just pathetic! The internet is at crawling speeds throughout the day! And finally when I decided to raise a complaint for the same, it says 8 days! 8 whole days just to fix the internet speed? What is it 90s?

    @airtelindia facing internet outage from 8 pm to midnight 12. Zero internet. Have raised a request 4 days back still the same issue till today. Considering WFH , I expect it to resolved with 24hours. Else expect serious action. @Airtel_Presence #Airtel
