    @airtelindia - I raised tickets for cancellation of services and no service ticket was created. I cannot stop payment because they will send their collection mafia loose on me. Airtel has the worst customer experience

    @airtelindia raised complaint on 5th March & received call today to ask what is the issue. I was scammed by your Airtel supervisor as well to take a new connection and he also created my new profile. Pathetic, Poor & the Worst customer service ever @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia each time call the standard answer from all executive and supervisors.. "WE ARE SORRY FOR YOUR INCONVENIENCE " .. I see headless, brainless and shameless people in customer care.. 40 days for one simple cancellation of airtel Black..now bill is generated who Wil pay?

    @airtelindia Switched from Jio to Airtel expecting better service—huge mistake. Frequent Wi-Fi cuts, no power backup, hours to restore after short outages. Jio was far better. Switching back soon, and many in my area will too. #PoorService

    @airtelindia each time I call customer care for an update team is clueless and shameless, each person wants to hear my story all the time, with patience i explain to all so that I get resolution for my problem but worst customer care i seen. I want you to hear my conversation.. 3

    @airtelindia please note that I won’t be paying any bills as your service is not available& even engineer is not responding after multiple follow ups, in case of any billing dispute this post may be used as proof of no service by @airtelindia & as such no payment for WiFi rental
