@airtelindia please stop your ad about honest feedback. Raised request for set top box issues on Thursday. Engineer visited and said needs to be replaced and will be done by Friday. Get a call on Friday saying box will be delivered by 2 PM please share OTP since TAT is for 12 PM.

@airtelindia Why your call center make promotion calls to a customer continuously even after saying a NO? As a customer I like your services except your irritating promotion calls. I know when to upgrade broadband plan or take a new channel pack. PLS STOP ANNOYING.
