    @airtelindia there is no Internet from last 4days and Call CENTER provide standard replies that service will resume within 24 hrs. Allocated services Engineer never visited till date ! This is very pathetic and painful experience. @Airtel! @airtelindia you are forcing to switch.!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia If a customer has taken pains to visit your office and requested disconnection, you must respect that and NOT SPAM him for doing so. 4 days and 50 retention calls not abating. You are ruining customer experience.

    @airtelindia installed hispeed fiber broadband on 22 Nov stopped working on 22 Nov rectified on 5 Dec, stopped working on 6 Dec started again on 7 Dec stopped on 15 Dec not working despite complaints and calls. Return my money NOW.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia I have moved from Gurgaon to Pune & accordingly raised a request to shift my wifi connection to Pune on 1st May (request id 10926299883). I have no resolution till today even after 7 days! Glaring example of pathetic customer service. I have raised other requests fir poor network connectivity without any resolution ( request id 31-1000013507129 & 311000013413514). Being a airtel black customer, I expected much better, probably I am wrong by putting all my eggs in one basket or I should port to another service provider. I raised a request for a new connection & immediately was c9ntacted by airtel team but as an existing customer no one is ready to provide a resolution. Looks like it's time to move to a service provider who takes better care of their customers (hopefully ).

    @airtelindia To The Airtel Network Team Subject: Request to Complete Airtel Tower Installation and Enable 5G Network Services Respected Sir/Madam, We are happy to inform you that an Airtel tower has been installed in our village, Hathyadka, Karnataka. The people of our village are very thankful to Airtel for taking this initiative to improve communication facilities in our area. However, the tower installation work appears to be incomplete, and the network services have not yet been activated. Due to the lack of proper mobile network and internet connectivity, the residents are facing difficulties in communication and online services. Therefore, we kindly request you to complete the remaining installation procedures and activate the network services as soon as possible. We also request you to consider installing and enabling 5G equipment and services instead of 4G, which would greatly benefit the villagers with faster and better connectivity for future needs. We hope Airtel will take necessary action at the earliest and provide uninterrupted network coverage to our village. Thanking you.
