    @airtelindia I am facing frequent internet outage with my broadband connection at Phase 3, pune area. What the hell you guys are doing? I upgraded from 599 to 899 plan but it seems useless now. I work from home so i opted Airtel for good connectivity but it was a wrong decision.

More than 90 days no resolution. 5 complaints, 10 calls to call center, 3-4 tweets, but not a single call from Airtel shows miserable complaint management.     Paid for #JioFiber new connection on Monday, still waiting for the installation to happen. What a great service @JioCare @reliancejio. I wish my new society had @airtelindia fibre, i would not need to switch. :(
