    @Airtel_Presence May I know how much time usually it takes to upgrade the broadband plan. I initiated through App on 10th December, also requested through customer-care 2 times, and still I am waiting. And you claim number 1 service provider. Really?? @airtelindia

    Airtel service sucks! All of a sudden my sim card stopped working. I got a new sim that should be activated in 4 hrs. It has been exactly 3 days that my sim is not working & I haven't received any assistance from airtel. The service sucks & is horrible. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My dad's airtel sim has suddenly stopped working. I tried calling the customer care and never found the option to talk to an agent. The IVR registered my complaint to be resolved in 8 days. Is twitter the only option left to get your attention now?

    @airtelindia as you claim to have a very good network and have capabilities to resolve network issues very fast.. they why the network complaint raised from mobile app are not addressed and resolved rather they get closed.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This is total inequality that data pack and recharge amount is same all over in #India but when it comes to net speed that time it doesn't matter. You should provide same internet speed or you just ask that money which is suitable to your network speed. It's shameful for you.

    @airtelindia You may disconnect my connection and return three month advance. Atleast 3 people came within 1 hr for installing new connection as it generates revenue but nobody responding to complaint. In fact first complaint was closed without anyone attending to it. It is unlike Airtel.
