    @Airtel_Presence Just got an SMS saying "Your issue has been closed" But I'm still unable to do a simple bill payment. So the issue persists. Also, who did you confer with before declaring the issue closed? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Is this how you do business?

    @airtelindia m from up muzaffarnagar village habipur sikri there is no network coverage in this village from Airtel only network provider is jio there is v great potential for Airtel to take on jio so please setup your network here.... Contact info 8218557117

    Most unfriendly service @airtelindia . Is being rude and unfriendly a QR for your store staff. I visited ur store in evening for non ops SIM where I was curtly told that system has shut down & I need to visit again. Not once she asked 4 number or checked SIM. @Airtel_Presence
