    @TusarKumarDash3 @airtelindia @airtelnews I understand your agony. I faced the same for nearly an year & then finally moved away from Airtel Broadband. The key reasons for shabby service relates to lack of infrastructure, outsourcing & poor damn by Airtel

    You guys should be ashamed of yourself @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence few inches of snow and your fiber services are down for whole day in srinagar,while local fiber operators are working fine .

    This is ridiculous by Airtel. I hav been promised 40 mbps overall speed (downloading & uploading) but all I am getting is around 4 mbps even after raising so much complaints & concern, no one is actually looking into the issue. @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia
