  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Very poor service from Airtel Xstream Fiber. Complaint SR No. 10951493607 was promised to be resolved by 07:30 PM, but the issue is still not fixed. My office work is getting affected badly. provide better support than Airtel currently. Need immediate resolution.

  @airtelindia Your team offered me a discounted 6-month Fiber validity plan on 6 Jan 2026, but services got suspended on 25 May saying recharge expired. Despite repeated requests, nobody is reviewing the sales call recording. Very disappointing for an Airtel Black customer.

  Customer "Care / Service" is a joke in India. No @airtelindia internet since yesterday. What you're getting is an SMS every 3-4 hrs postponing the deadline 4 another 3-4 hrs with THOSE 4 WORDS - "WE UNDERSTAND YOUR PROBLEM". Few weeks ago, they took 5-6 days in fixing the prblm.

  @Airtel_Presence .@airtelindia, this issue is not isolated to my number or handset—it affects the entire area. Since COVID, I’ve logged repeated complaints, all auto-closed or deleted with zero resolution, which is why I eventually gave up. You already have my number—please check the history.
