    @airtelindia This is how you are dealing with your customer I am facing the discontinuation issue with broadband from one month ago. Call your local engineer to check this issue, again and again, booked the SR for checking this issue, and expect this should have to be solved.

    @airtelindia DTH account No: 3033195233-001. I subscribed to Amazon Prime Video on 26.11.2021 for 12 months. Not working since last 3 weeks. We keep getting a message that you need to subscribe to watch. This is ridiculous!!! No one is fixing the problem. Highly unethical company

    @airtelindia @airtelindia but still, they haven’t resolved this issue till now Now today I am not able to access the internet and have a red led in the wifi modem. They came to my home checked and said some other guy will look into this and left. The whole day passed now, no one came back

    @Airtel_Presence @XtremeAirtel @airtelindia This is the 3rd day without any fix. I am doubting if there are any fixes that will be provided or not. Please let me know when I expect to get the internet back and also let me know if the fix is not possible so I can find other options.
