    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 12+ days and my Wi-Fi issue is still unresolved. Absolutely the worst service experience! Every time I contact customer care, I’m told to “wait 1 day” or “wait 2 days,” with no actual resolution. #pathetic #harrasment

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve already shared all the details in DM. This isn’t a minor inconvenience anymore the slow internet is seriously hampering our office productivity and disrupting work. We’re paying for a 300 Mbps plan, yet struggling with basic connectivity and upload speeds.

    @ViNewsOfficial Vi needs to come up with an economical plan or seperate ₹300–400/year plan just to keep the SIM active. A creative, customer-friendly plan could help them win back their customer base. Right now, @JioCare and @airtelindia are simply exploiting customers with expensive plans.

    @airtelindia I contacted customer support multiple times but got no resolution. I accidentally recharged the wrong Airtel number with ₹348 today at 7:54 AM. It shows “In Progress”. I need cancellation & refund to my BHIM UPI, NOT transfer. Please escalate.

    @airtelindia not receiving otp from banks since morning. Tried 3 banks, 3 cards, same thing. Called ur support team, they said, everything is okay; @SamsungIndia support checked & said S25 is okay.Atm, I'm pretty sure your network is the issue. Can you help?
