    🚨 @airtelindia This is my final escalation. My internet has been down since Aug 10, 2026. SR ID: 11037558117 was raised with a promised resolution by Aug 11, but despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved

    @airtelindia last 24hours there is no wifi in my house despite my paying due charges always in time. I have lodged complaint and talked to dedicated customer care, but No solut torture to a senior citizen who pays Will any body be accountable and resume wifi connection,

    Extremely disappointed. If this continues, I may have no choice but to port all four connections from Airtel. I’d genuinely regret leaving, but why should a paying Postpaid customer have to repeatedly seek basic connectivity? @Airtel_Presence @bhartinews @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Airtel service in my area is disappointing. Despite raising multiple requests through the app and sending emails, there’s no improvement. Requests are simply closed without being addressed.
