    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Just received an update that services will be restored untill 6 pm. So basically full day service is down? This happens thrice weekly. What can be done for this? I think you should refund for the time outage is present

    I am facing problem in my Jio fiber the range of the machine is so poor that even I am not able to use from ground floor and my machine is in first floor . I am now disappointed that why should not took @airtelindia fiber instead of JIO fiber @reliancejio Not expected from JIO.

    This is pathetic form @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Wireless services were already down, and now fibre .... They are fraud. Have been hearing since last three days that it will be restored soon but still nothing. Stay away from Airtel. Their services and commitments are bizzaire.

    @Airtel_Presence Finally shifted to another provider, it was done in an hours time.Something @airtelindia needs to learn. Bye Bye Airtel, you did set one of the worst benchmark of customer service which I am sure only @airtelindia can surpass and the way you guys work pretty sure you’ll do soon

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I am fed up and frustrated with the pathetic broadband service. Every month this service disruption is happening and when I contact the customer care I get the same replies as usual.
