    @airtelindia its just annoying the IVR for Airtel. I tried removing channel, the IVR went for 5 mins telling me to press 1 and 2 etc and then when I gave option of removing channel, it said to connect with customer care, why dont you do it in first place @MIB_India

    @jagograhakjago Airtel Thanks app completely lacks option to raise a closure request for Xstream Fiber. Forcing users to jump through loops just to cancel a service is violation of consumer rights& fair trade policies. Pls look into this @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
