    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet down in my area since yesterday evening 5 PM. The estimated time of resolution keeps getting shifted by 3-4 hrs. No fix in sight. App doesn't allow logging complaints via the horrible chatbot. Pathetic service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia unable to use internet, when mobile data turned on getting Edge or 2g even though preferred network type is set to 5g. Facing this issue from past more than a month, raised several complaints but no use. Please help fix this issue at the earliest.

    @Ravisutanjani @airtelindia is a danda company.. they made us pay huge for slow internet.. now they are crying on someone who is atleast genuine to some part. You should be ashamed Mr. Airtel
