  Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, I mistakenly recharged the wrong Airtel prepaid number with ₹899 through PhonePe and reported it immediately. Both numbers are Airtel numbers. Despite immediate reporting, both Airtel and PhonePe are refusing to help with either reversal or transfer of recharge benefits.   Worst customer care service by airtel.Even being a medical graduate I was unable to navigate your menus and sub menus to reach customer care. It's pathetic how a common man will get justice if he has some grievances ...so much of barriers ..why can't you simplify it.@airtelindia

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I requested permanent disconnection of my Airtel WiFi connection after cancelling the ownership transfer request. Airtel support confirmed disconnection within 7 business days. Today I received an email saying ownership was updated instead of disconnecting the connection. Need urgent resolution and confirmation of permanent disconnection with no future billing.
