    @airtelindia New installation of Airtel fiber was done with dangling wires at my place. The person said it is temperory and he will come back the next day and fix it. Its been 3 days and the person has stopped receiving my calls now. This is the person’s number - +91 98452 26631

    Really disappointed 10+ years with this number and Airtel won’t let me transfer SIM ownership (even with the current owner present) because we’re not “close blood relatives.” But they’re happy to suggest porting out. No real solution. Extremely frustrating. #Airtel @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Airtel provides wrong/incomplete information on their website. And when recharge is done, which is of no use to the customer, they refuse to refund the money. Shame...

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It has been over 24 hours with no update after sharing all details and address via DM. Issue still persists (5G signal but no internet). This is unacceptable. Kindly provide immediate resolution or I will proceed with port out and further escalation.

    So i installed airtel wifi via online , but what happened is that the local guy who does airtel wifi installation came to my home and threatened my family that what ever you do will be harmful to you and all I am filing a police complaint very soon @airtelindia Mumbai Borivali

    Shame on you @Airtel_Presence. It’s been 12 days and there’s still no solution to the ongoing TV glitch issue. No technician assigned, no proper response, absolutely no accountability. This is unacceptable service. Looping in @airtelindia and requesting escalation to the nodal officer immediately. At this point, I would rather get the set-top box removed than continue dealing with this negligence. #Airtel #PoorService
