    Dear @JioCare at @reliancejio this is to inform you that recently I ported from @airtelindia and to my surprise I am experiencing the worst service from your side. The 5g network comes and goes frequently even though the tower is very near and users are very less.

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia still no update and not a single call from your side. Engineer is assigned before 2 days but no contact made with me till now. So you take money for installation and make no contact with the customer.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia all fraud for saying unlimited 5G , I have already complained 10 times but this company never listens , suggesting to everyone to change the network and remove this company. @airte

    This is plain ridiculous. Earlier i would get confirmation emails as soon as IR pack was activated. No more. Customer care is totally passive as well. Been a customer for a decade @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence but I think time to port if a simple request is so painful.

    What a horrible service- adding to the family plan one click on Airtel thanks,but for removing 22 mins call to customer care,100 of verification and conclusion is pay for bill which is not generated, how do customers know outstanding-visit airtel store @airtelindia @JM_Scindia

    Hello @airtelindia i ported my Sim from jio to Airtel... They said after activation recharge will be done automatically but I'm waiting still no recharge done? There's no proper customer help. Where is my free airtel recharge for port? Who will responsible now?

    @airtelindia brings #AirtelPriorityPostpaid? It means do others not paying for their service So as a customer what you have to do? Move out from the fraud Network & treat them a lesson, for treating the customers as fools. Teach them a lesson Join together to #PortOutfromAirtel
