  Transferred my eSIM to a new phone and lost network on both. Airtel asked for re-KYC. SIM is in my late father’s name. Submitted Family Member Certificate & notarized affidavit at Airtel Tirupati to transfer it to my name. No update even after 40 days. No: 8008151265 @airtelindia

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Airtel data speed is stuck at 500 Kbps,while another Airtel SIM at the same location gets 300–500 Mbps.I’ve reset network settings, tried another phone, and still the issue persists.Daily data is available.Please check my SIM/network provisioning

  @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Don't use airtal black and also post paid service Service is very 3rd class 5/6 day internet service shutdown but not bill reduced take a bill full 30 days contact to customer care they cut call after few minutes

  @JioCare @airtelindia @TRAI jio charging customers without providing a service. They are not able fix the internet issues since many months and now jio expecting customer to pay bill and even not allowing to port the number to Airtel.

  @airtelindia This is TOTAL HARASSMENT by @Airtel_Presence! Wasted money in prepaid, then forced me to switch to postpaid promising better speed, but SAME USELESS SERVICE! Speed drops right after resolving complaints. Stop looting customers! Resolve this permanent issue NOW! @TRAI
