    @airtelindia @DoT_India Thrilled? Thrilled? This Airtel company doesn't resolve customer issues or complaints. I have been chasing these bullshit people for the last 2 years to resolve my network issue and compensate my bill but instead of resolving the issue they barred or suspended my number.

    What a pathetic service @airtelindia ! My mobile data is just not working since 21st July till today (11th Aug).I had called the customer service on 22nd July and no resolution till now !I am surviving on WiFis only.

    Finally after three years converted from @reliancejio to @airtelindia. Since last three years @reliancejio always makes fake promises that they will upgrade their network facility in my area but they never done anything and seems their network decreases everyday.

    @airtelindia dont u gyz thnink that u gyz are the worst service provider by giving fake commitments to your customers. Iam a airtel black customer and facing frequent issue with all the serices i got with you. And your customer service agents and the supervisors they are liars.

    @airtelindia ads providing coverage NE or any nook and corner but have been complaining network issue in Madurai KKNagar for last 6y no improvement. I wonder when they propagate about their coverage. Just one line of data coverage is what we get my complainsts will be auto closed

    @connectgurmeet @airtelindia exactly same is happening with me too. It seems that @airtelindia have started premium service for elite customer and others left with poor quality service. Frustrated.

    @airtelindia hey your broadband has been down in Majiwada, Thane since 1 PM yesterday. After more than a dozen calls with the service center, I am no closer to resumption of internet. Terrible service and customer service. #AirtelDown

    @connectgurmeet Very correct, I have raised 4 complaints to @airtelindia for call drop and connectivity since last 6 months @trai but Airtel has not resolved the issue because no tower. I am sure after this tweet , Airtel will say their usual parroted line " sorry for bad user exp, pls DM us"

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence also there is no option to contact your customer care the only thing we get is press 1 press 2 , I have 2 sim cards of Airtel and whole I haven't used a byte of data bcz I thought there will be problem in network
