Your BB installation appointment with order ID 21-19116624793 has been confirmed. Our Engineer will visit your place on 2022-06-04T18:00:00 and today its 07/06 and no one has visited and the customer care is worst.@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. When will i get upgraded to fiber?

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel broadband is a billing fraud !!! Have an open billing complaint since feb22. Promised a resolution in 24 hrs & still nothing resolved in june22. Waiting for @reliancejio to rollout in my area so I can switch !!
