    Hello, I have raised complaint 11036408533 for my wifi internet issue, internet is not working since 10 days, I have called multiple times to customer care, they have assigned multiple service engineers and no response from any of them @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence It's been 7 days since your response here on Twitter, 13 days since ticket filed and 18 days since no network. With so much action online nothing happened on ground. I don't see commitment at all from @airtelindia

    @BhavishyaM95021 @airtelindia It cannot be solved by troubleshooting it is network problem when ever you are on call it switch to 4G .

    @airtelindia i went to charni road ( mumbai )AIRTEL STORE to port from jio to airtel But the manager over there misguide me to take post paid and then you can go to prepaid This the way you treat customer And misinform the customer

    Hey @airtelindia I'm Switched Jio Prepaid SIM to #Airtel Postpaid SIM in April 2026..Then I'm Facing Some call drops issue wherever I'm going nd I'm now changed to new sim still facing it. Please do something. I'm also went through Salem new busstand showroom no help they did
