  @airtelindia , Raised a eSIM to Physical sim change request. Process and Payment done at Airtel gallery at 19:11 IST. Was told eSIM will stop working and switch to Physical Sim by 21:30. Still eSIM is getting network but can't make / receive calls &sms. 198 / 121 no help at all.

  Extremely poor experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Booked Wi-Fi, cancelled before installation, but money not refunded. Sales executive Manik Singha (+919851524190) was very rude and unhelpful. Kindly refund my money and take strict action

  @airtelindia used to give good service (both wired and wireless) about an year ago and before that. It has gone to dogs and is deteriorating month on month. The sad part is, there is no better service available! Similar to - there is no good opposition leader!!

  Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , My airtel wifi is not working since last evening 30th July around 7pm till now 31july2026 5:40pm and there is no fixed ETA provided. It keep on increasing and due to this my official tasks are getting halted. Fix it on priority ASAP.

  @airtelindia 052224166228 my wifi is not working from 12 pm 31/07/2026 and still it's not working no action is taken from your side if can't solve on emergency basis please deactivate my plan and take your device back. Very disgusting service

  @airtelindia @AirtelFiberBng What a worst service you can have when a customer is trying to get his model faulty modem replaced from more than 1 month. How can a shifting request be raised by wrong request type(Air fibre instead of fiber). Request id - 13895585719
