Such a pathetic response by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. We were #misguided for months. Just Just doing fraud with customers. Customer care service is #pathetic. They #lied to us on pack info and recharged for a greater amount and activated cheaper pack.

@airtelindia You guys are not listening. I've complained before and my problem is still persisting. VOLTE is not working and I'm unable to make and receive calls. I've called the customer care and they told that it'll take 10days. Till 4th May I have to wait. Are you serious?🙄

@airtelindia on 20 april i booked a airtel fiber connection and as per the discussion your sales person committed my a three month plan in 1769 inr of 40 mbps but when the plan got activated i found that it was of one month and 1180 was charged for installation Resolve my issue
