Basic services are missing nowadays. 121 number completely useless as IVRS you can't complain also or even you can't talk to customer care.

Really bad internet and network stable capacity on airtel. @all user dont use airtel network at Keonjhar,Odisha. All do MNP to Jio. Juo is giving fast internet speed.

Bcz this is @airtelindia 5. Even contacting customer =frustrating experience, long waiting times and no satisfactory resolution.

Initially it was told that max by 2:30 pm resolution will be provided, now its 3.12 pm wihout any solution. Very disheartening to see such a poor service.
