@airtelindia completely bad call quality in 4G Network. Even if full network. Can't even talk to anyone properly for 1 minute. Basic services are missing nowadays. 121 number completely useless as IVRS you can't complain also or even you can't talk to customer care.

@airtelnews @airtelindia i have not used 100mb from my 2gb quota,but internet is not working. Really bad internet and network stable capacity on airtel. @all user dont use airtel network at Keonjhar,Odisha. All do MNP to Jio. Juo is giving fast internet speed.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You have to work on indoor network coverage. At my home I can barely receive incoming calls. It only shows 1 bar of network coverage at indoor and ground floor of my home. At my area network wants more network tower to strengthen voice and internet.

@vasudha_ET @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Sir, you are right . We are also suffering the same poor internet service . Moreover, airtel internet service from 4pm onwards in Dhaniakhali, Hooghly, W.B. PIN 712302, is zero. If u contact them on 121, no reply. If it remains same, i hv to port to SOME OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER.

@menakadoshi It doesn't help one wee bit ... Their networking infrastructure is ****. call drops are high and 4G works like 3G but 1 month became 28 days . Nodal officer rides on a high horse who does not answer the common man but answers corporate @airtelindia
