@airtelindia completely bad call quality in 4G Network. Even if full network. Can't even talk to anyone properly for 1 minute. Basic services are missing nowadays. 121 number completely useless as IVRS you can't complain also or even you can't talk to customer care.

@airtelnews @airtelindia i have not used 100mb from my 2gb quota,but internet is not working. Really bad internet and network stable capacity on airtel. @all user dont use airtel network at Keonjhar,Odisha. All do MNP to Jio. Juo is giving fast internet speed.

@airtelindia such a pathetic service u have no solution for sim replacement for sinior citizens who cannot make it to the store in person. To top it all your store execs and 121 execs are not equipped with empathy or proper etiquette to speak decently for such a query or request.
