Basic services are missing nowadays. 121 number completely useless as IVRS you can't complain also or even you can't talk to customer care.

Really bad internet and network stable capacity on airtel. @all user dont use airtel network at Keonjhar,Odisha. All do MNP to Jio. Juo is giving fast internet speed.

I'm just frustrated with Airtel after 1 day. I have complained over the phone, but it has not been resolved yet, for more than 7 hours now. This is my business number, and clients can't even reach me right now. No help, nothing!! Even no reply in DM!!

Then they didnt give me the dth setup box that comes with it. I just used it till the deposit money was used up by the plan and disconnected it. Horrible experience.

I called your customer care, she said concern is raised and it will take 2 weeks to resolve!!!!
