Basic services are missing nowadays. 121 number completely useless as IVRS you can't complain also or even you can't talk to customer care.

Really bad internet and network stable capacity on airtel. @all user dont use airtel network at Keonjhar,Odisha. All do MNP to Jio. Juo is giving fast internet speed.

Wrong primary name still showing in the Airtel app, causing incorrect payments. Is this how Airtel handles customer complaints? Need urgent action now.
