@airtelnews @airtelindia i have not used 100mb from my 2gb quota,but internet is not working. Really bad internet and network stable capacity on airtel. @all user dont use airtel network at Keonjhar,Odisha. All do MNP to Jio. Juo is giving fast internet speed.

@airtelindia completely bad call quality in 4G Network. Even if full network. Can't even talk to anyone properly for 1 minute. Basic services are missing nowadays. 121 number completely useless as IVRS you can't complain also or even you can't talk to customer care.

Quite often, randomly "just one" channel would go bad someday saying bad weather when it's bright sunny outside. Ur cust care says techie visit needed and "I have to pay" Why should I pay? When box is all good. It's @airtelindia issue @TRAI @Airtel_Presence 290 ch no for now

Extremely poor service by @airtelindia Service request of 26.11.2020, supposed to be closed in 24 hrs as per their TAT is still pending resolution. Everyday made to speak to a new supervisor by @airtelindia who promises resolution by end of day but the day never ends.
