@airtelindia completely bad call quality in 4G Network. Even if full network. Can't even talk to anyone properly for 1 minute. Basic services are missing nowadays. 121 number completely useless as IVRS you can't complain also or even you can't talk to customer care.

@airtelnews @airtelindia i have not used 100mb from my 2gb quota,but internet is not working. Really bad internet and network stable capacity on airtel. @all user dont use airtel network at Keonjhar,Odisha. All do MNP to Jio. Juo is giving fast internet speed.

Hwever still @airtelindia added tht amt into next month my bil n now when called to the worst customer care are not reversing the amt. It's clearly a loot by @airtelindia of their customer. It shows how they are fooling the customer and asking for money

@airtelindia You are advertising 5g when your user like me are on 2g from past 1 week... Your useless customer service never picks up the call...it's really very sad to see the condition your network is in now....if you can't resolve my problem then it's not worth using ur network.

@airtelindia please help fix my problem. My outgoing services are stopped even thou I have paid the billed amount on 4th Jan. When I call you customer care I get an update saying I have exceeded credit limit but nobody is able to share details..really frustrated

@airtelindia , Extremely poor service and totally disappointing customer care service. I ve placed my broadband connection on safe custody but still i ve been getting full bills regularly. Spoke to customer care and raised complaints so many times. Absolutely No use!!
