@airtelnews @airtelindia i have not used 100mb from my 2gb quota,but internet is not working. Really bad internet and network stable capacity on airtel. @all user dont use airtel network at Keonjhar,Odisha. All do MNP to Jio. Juo is giving fast internet speed.

@airtelindia completely bad call quality in 4G Network. Even if full network. Can't even talk to anyone properly for 1 minute. Basic services are missing nowadays. 121 number completely useless as IVRS you can't complain also or even you can't talk to customer care.

@airtelindia I'm trying to link my email ID to my mobile number for the last one month. First, I approached the customer service centre and they directed me to call the customer care number 198, never responding and allowing me to speak to customer care. This is how to satisfy the customer.
