    OH AND BTW I had to go and visit the damn store to get my router fixed from their lousy "engineers" who refused to do their job just 3 days ago. I almost missed deadlines for cbse revals cuz of them. Now this ****** problem re emerges. KYS @airtelindia. Switch to JIO!

    @airtelindia Have put a Wifi shifting request since 30th of June. No one reached me out till date. Planning to switching into another operator as service is not provided on due time.

    @airtelindia, my Airtel WiFi has been down since 2days without resolution. Every time I call, there’s a recorded IVR message saying services will restore soon, but the timeline keeps extending.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , since one week when I dm, I get same reply from your agents Ashutosh, Baby K, Parul, Vikram, Ankit, same reply each time: "Kindly allow us some time to get this checked. Regards" Solve my issue or admit that you can't!! I'll switch to @JioCare

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Mr. Bhawan, I have been waiting since the 4th. How much longer am I expected to wait? Is this how a loyal customer is treated? I already cancelled the installation and sent the technician back, yet I have received no update from your side.

    Still no response from @reliancejio and @JioCare regarding my issue. Silence from customer support is disappointing and reflects poorly on customer service. If there’s no update soon, I’ll be forced to move to @airtelindia Air Fiber.

    @abantika77 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia They picked up the modem from me 1.5 months after registering the complaint and till now they haven't refunded the money, is been 6 months
