@airtelbank @airtelindia In morning i received an message regarding unsuccessful transaction ,now it's been more than 8 hours and my money isn't refunded yet. As per message refund should have been credited within 1 hour! So bad service by Airtel Money!

@airtelindia When i used to have family plan (postpaidconnection)and was paying good to them the internet was smooth.The moment I switched to indiviual plan ,The internet speed goes pufff.I think zerocomplaincampaign is just for nothing .The internet services are so poor !!!

Until you update the network coverage, @airtelindia Why don't you install a booster/provide me wifi service till the network issue get resolved, why you don't understand the problem of the customer, if he is complaining from last 16months, so you should know the issue is real.

I made a booking for connection of airtel 5g wifi on 20th of june and from that day I got nothing but the worst service from @airtelindia It was like they took the booking amount from me and then brought the cable for expansion. @airtelindia can’t handle this much connections
