Going by the "Zero complaint" agenda in their advertisement instead of resolving the problem Airtel just closes the issue. Great job Airtel. By this approach you will definitely land on your goal of zero complaints but at the cost of highly dissatisfied customers. @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Raised two service request 31-3503776980588 and 31-3488180591204. One is for calls and other for internet. Both are pending since more than 3 weeks. I expect better service for airtel one postpaid customer. Really disappointed.
