@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic international roaming pack services by Airtel. No clear guidelines and seems they are to eat our money. Activated multi packs and they simply dont show up and deducted a day validity within 01 hour of activation. Never go for Airtel.

@airtelindia Right now I am on call with one of the @airtelindia customer care executive he asked to put me on hold for 2 minutes but now it has been 13 minutes but no one is answering. Being an @airtelindia black customer I was thinking that now they’ll understand the problem.
