    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Extremely disappointed with Airtel. Raised broadband shifting request on 21 Jul. Engineer visited on 22 Jul, confirmed damaged lines and promised a fix in 2 days. Since then, no response. Being billed for no service despite daily complaints. #Airtel

    @airtelindia I had submitted all the documents at Erode store for duplicate SIM as my husband’s was damaged a WEEK ago they still don’t even have a case number generated. Poor management and no sense of customer emergency! Pathetic ! Please help! @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence

    Worst service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews. I placed a connection shift request and I was given slot of 10 to 12 today. But no one arrived, nor the cust serv is able to give any info. They just keep escalating, I will better migrate to another SP

    @Airtel_Presence WiFi relocation on 22 Jul. Days of follow-ups, a supervisor assured resolution today, only to be told fibre not available at my new address. Yet your agents are asking me to buy a new connection for the same flat/society instead of relocating y? @airtelindia

    Absolutely tired of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence fake resolving my internet issues. They open a ticket, do absolutely nothing to fix the connection, and then the ticket just gets closed. Stop closing unresolved tickets and actually fix my internet! 📉🚫 #AirtelDown
