  @airtelnews @airtelindia Last 1 year I requested many times to upgrade or installation of 5g tower in Village -Gyaspur Post -karauta pin code 803202 But No installation done after sending many mails, airtel is not customer care oriented company,they think advertisement is key for growth and success

  @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence do u have any meaning of customer service? The worst experience, issue raised on march 4th, closed without resolution or without information on 24th march,again issue raised on 29th march ,still issue not resolved.

  @airtelindia My son being minor was using mobile with sim in my name. Today I tried to transfer that sim/mobile number in his name. Request was rejected by local service centre. I remember earlier sim/number transfer between close relatives was permitted.

  @airtelindia we have requested to remove airtel fiber couple of month ago we called many times raised a request but they didn't initiate any process for disconnection, every month we receive a bill for not using WiFi Everytime customer service saying we have initiated 7 days ago
