@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia How come the server is an issue since morning? I had to visit 3 times as the mobile I use is for office purposes and I have to take calls, which I am unable to. If the server is the issue, how are they able to recharge or issue new connections?

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You people talk of 4G and 5G, but fail to provide continuous network/replace a sim if the network fails, by citing "Server Issues". It is a clear negligence attitude of Airtel store people as it is hard to believe that "Server" is down since morning. Please help me

@tanviprya @airtelindia Move to @reliancejio. I switched from ACT to Airtel and finally to Airtel. In my experience, Jio Fiber > ACT > Airtel. Safe to say that Airtel is the worst not just in terms of tech but also customer support
