  This is the reality of Reliance Jio service: Recharged → shifted home in 3 days → waited 7+ days for relocation → no installation Result? Full month recharge wasted because of your delay. Cancelled and switched to @airtelindia fiber. @JioCare #WorstService #Jio

  @Airtel_Presence the internet connection has not been working since this morning. Red light on Modem. There is no Dial tone on the landline. Unable to reach Customer support to register a complaint. Please register a complaint with @airtelindia broadband A/c No. 12747656.

  @airtelindia I’ve been unable to reach customer support for several days. At the time of installation, I was assured that the service would be free for two months, after which payment would be required to continue using it, failing which the service would be discontinued. 1/2
