    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Dear Airtel Support, I requested full disconnection of my Airtel Black services (DTH + Broadband) on 29th March for no. IN DM. DTH was stopped, but broadband billing is still being generated despite no usage after the disconnection request.

    Hi @airtelindia @airtelbank There was an Sim problem and got addressed to nearby airtel store and got a new sim activation on the same number however somehow it got auto cancelled and I couldn't get activated with the new one and not refunded the amount which I paid.

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel team. Internet in my office is down since 9th May. Service req. No. 10936880561. Till date its down. Your call center reply is that work is going ON. My office work is heavily disrupted and request to kindly look into matter ASAP and resolve.

    @airtelindia Right now I know there are multiple airtel fiber connection are active on different locations of outside of my city fraudulently using my adhar number without verification. It's a serious issue.

    @JioCare It’s been 4 days and you people from Jio are still just giving excuses and lectures. If you can’t handle the service properly, then shut down your business and tell people to switch to Airtel instead. You people don’t respect customers at all. @airtelindia u r better ?

    @JioCare @JioCare No one has visited yet and I am tired of waiting. I have now contacted Airtel and they will install a new WiFi connection today. Very disappointing experience with JioFiber service. @airtelindia

    @airtelnews This all because of customer harrament manuplation of pricing at the time of recharge and less spending on customer support and satisfaction company like @airtelindia rose revenue and profitability they don’t care customer service i had extremely bad experience
