    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 4G network with full coverage but unable to use internet, dead slow. Was complaining since 4 moths but no action taken yet. Also mailed with all proofs attached, but got reply as my number not registered with Airtel. Really poor service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence There has been a serious connectivity issue and i am not receiving any SMS including OTP's. Circle Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Requesting to pl do the needful.

    Worst of the worst @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Xstream Fibernet Just within 25 days of new connection, two outages that too during my office timings, worst customer service is the highlight, they are rude. Pls don't opt for airtel Xstream for any reason in Hyderabad

    I was never able to use your network or make calls when i urgently needed it the most. Not able to make payments,calls,use the net. Hope you guys get your stuff in place. Will be porting to @airtelindia tomorrow. Bye

    @singireddysamat @airtelindia #airteldown waste of time just switch the connection with best provider they won't listen and support customer. Also when there is a issue in network they simply disconnect
