    I raised a request for shifting my wifi connection on 14th June. Since then I have been taking follow up and I was told the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. Now its 18th June and its beyond that 24 hours and issue has not been resolved. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence Don't prioritise so much that it takes decades. Just kindly cancel my subscription wef it is inactivated due to inefficiency of clowns in @airtelindia and take all lump of **** back.

    Talk about a great first impression! 🙃 Tried porting my number to @airtelindia postpaid, and was promised SIM delivery today. Spoiler: No one came. If this is how you treat potential new customers, I dread to think what happens after joining. @Airtel_Presence fix this.
