    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews we had taken new Wifi + TV. After 15 days, still TV setup box has not been installed. On app it is shown as cancelled. There is no way to reach to customer care. Engineer & Sales guy is ignoring calls.

    @airtelindia you guys cannot solve my issue then please get my connection removed... For such a worst network in a Tier 2 city I don't want to waste my money every month... Such a poor customer service, better I would get some local wifi, atleast they will give me better service.

    hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Have you guys stopped the facility of raising service request for any internet related issues? Before I was able to raise it and some would come to place to check fiber power n stuff now chatbot says we know there is issue hv patience. Ridiculous

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I am facing a Wi-Fi issue and contacted customer care for support, but the representative spoke in a very arrogant and aggressive manner. Kindly resolve my internet issue. improve behavior from your staff.

    Hi @airtelindia my prepaid number has stopped working because of a mistaken request on airtel app. It's my primary number and used everywhere. It's about 10 year old number. Went to nearby airtel store and they could not resolve the issue. Please provide a solution to enable it.

    Its been 4 days over , wifi has been installed but not able to see tv due to stb stock issue ... fully disappointed with Airtel ..... I will surely throw the wifi device by tomorrow if it's not. Fixed .... Rs. 1500 cheated by airtel... @airtelindia @airtelnews
