@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My SIM suddenly stopped working and now its showing that your SIM is currupt i have just did my recharge 20 days ago i tried to connect with CC but it failed, how you guys can help me in this also i tried My Airtel app but it isn't helpful.

@airtelindia Tired of writing mails to customercare, they do read mails and revert something other than what I asked. Wanted latest bills for our corporate account nos. More than one month yet to receive, worst call centre, just IVR no. So difficult in reaching the executive.

@officiald2h My connection with Customer ID 206237918 is not working since the recent cyclone. I had raised complaint but no one bothered to fix the issue. And now my account validity is over. If the connection is not getting fixed by 1st of July, I will switch to @airtelindia

So apparently @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence gives a working network only if you recharge with an unlimited plan. From the time my quarterly plan has expired, and I continued with the basic recharge of ₹49. I see the network disappearing and most of incoming calls on the number
