@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst broadband ever. They have lame service agents who don't care about service they just temporarily fix it. I made 5 internet related complaints in 2 weeks, I didn't get to use internet for a whole week even after registering a complaint once.

@ACTFibernet Yesterday, your team promised to clear non connectivity issue within 4 hours. 2 Complete working days later, still issue is not resolved. I pay an hefty amount that too 6 months in adv yet handled unprofessionally. Should I explore @airtelindia or @HathwayBrdband

@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia i switched my mothers airtel number from postpaid to prepaid on monday, it took them 1 hour to process it but till now the number is not activated to prepaid till now.. Very disappointed by your service.
