    @airtelindia My Broadband internet connection is not working from June 1st, since 6 days none of your guys cared on my complaint no SR# 10045346316. Not even received SMS or call from your help team. My ticket still not assigned to any engineer. Pls call me on 8277516555

    @airtelindia I don't know how you guys work, but if I asked for disconnection and you collected my modem then why are you still billing me, you're representative never closed the disconnection request now I am being harrassed everyday by your call centres.

    @airtelindia if this is not resolved i promise you I would rather handle consumer court hassles than your ****** call centre representative who don't even coordinate within the team. Every single time a new person calls me and then I have to again explain the **** show.

    @airtelindia Facing such an issue with your app & services. My Airtel bill has been set up for billpay through HDFC. Payments have always gone through without issue, HDFC says payment was successful but Airtel claims no payment received (1/2)

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Thank you for your support team. I have received an email that cancelation of the broadband has been processed on 05-June-2022. It was only delayed by 4 days (though daily I had called customer care to remind). Let's see when I am getting my refund..
