Never been this disappointed with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence After 3 months, they still state that i wont be able to use my wallet and have to cancel it. To get this response , i had to waste time over email and in person visits and calls. Seriously thinking to switch

@ComwayInternet Wifi doesn't work in homegrown city itself.Extremely poor connectivity.Unsatisfactory customer service experience,delayed responses and connection error happens thrice a week. Comway should take customer service tips from @airtelindia
