    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have raised a request regarding refund for my Airtel Coverage+. Since the executive said that its not possible to setup coverage+ it was not installed. I have emailed 121 support atleast 50 times for refund. Its open from Nov 22

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence : Been 1 week still not able to register emailID. No help from 121 or email or thanks app(profile). When I walked into airtel kiosk, they suggest convert to postpaid for faster response/ email register. To make it worse, no option to complain on app

    @airtelindia Worst DLT registration experience (still going on). Every time different support is connecting and asking to do different thing. One agent even asked to merge DLT documents illegally. Is it the same maket leading Airtel?
