  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia the network in Mahabaleshwar is so freaking bad! Barely any 4g & barely any internet access we get. Also, the network on the Mahad- Mahabaleshwar highway and the Mahabaleshwar- tapola road is just not there. Ths being tourist hub, it’s disappointing

  After an entire month of back & forth with numerous calls & emails, multiple calls for same issue @airtelindia is still unable to solve the issue. How many times a customer has to go through the same circle of explaination to ‘we will check and get back’? @Airtel_Presence
