@airtelindia I am unable to recieve SMS after sim change after 48 hours. And there is no phone number I can call or person I can talk with to get this resolved. It's infuriating that I have to come to Twitter to register this complaint. Someone from airtel PM me please ASAP

@airtelindia Don't buy Airtel DTH very poor service. No one coming for installation. Waiting from last 3 days every time they giving different reason and avoid installation. They promise me installation done with in 24 hours still not done.

We people of Adyadka, Thodikana are facing network issue. Here we have only airtel and BSNL network. Their network goes to hibernate mode whenever electricity goes off or it starts to rain. Because of @airtelindia @BSNL_KTK we people are suffering a lot.

@airtelindia with your Xstream box (account no - 3026716486) - YouTube, Netflix and some other applications are not working. Video freezes as soon as started. Your support team has been cooperating, even replaced box - however issue not fixed. Is there a known issue with this?
