    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I'm airtel xstream broadband customer. Internet not workin sin yday. On airtel I got request number 10041842500. Someone was supsed to visit me to fix the prob. Every few hrs I get a msg saying new person is assigned for the job. No one visited.

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , I had raised an SR 63991371 for my DTH connection issues.. Technician was supposed to visit by now.. but still I don’t have any updates..

    @reliancejio worst signal, several times assurance but worthless. Modi has promoted a useless company. @airtelindia is much more better than @reliancejio

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your so called engineers never want to visit and check when a complaint is filed. Rather they tell silly things over the call. They say that the speed of #AirtelXtream plan is divided by 12 and that is the actual speed we get. #Not_a_HappyCustomer

    Still no reply from chor @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI Din dahade pagal banate ho apne customer ko, new sim rastepe free me batteho instantly without any documents and existing customers ko harassment

    @airtelindia Logged a tkt on Broadband fiber disconnection on 23rd May, technician came on 24th and told maintenance team has to fix the power issue. The maint technician says, he just came from leave and not committing any ETA. Wen we are still in wfh, the support is pathetic.
