  Hi , In my colony network issue with airtel pin 425110 from last 4 months . Adress -Shuvaji nagar Indoor no coverage . Outdoor 3-4 network but internet not working.i think me and my colony pepoles who used aitrel prepaid need to port out from airtel Poor service. @airtelindia

  @airtelindia- a question worth asking. Can an old SIM card exhibit reduced performance in terms of receiving signal. Am a very old customer and suffering from signal issue and so with data. Don't want to change the provider without knowledge. Can the SIM card be changed to check?

  Is there any legitimate customer support @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence who will treat me as a customer. I got a call from Airtel that someone is visiting to install a Broadband services it’s been 3 weeks now no one visited later promised me a call back in 24 hrs. No calls yet
