    6. I followed up again as today is the day three and still issue is not resolved and got an assurance saying it will be resolved by tomorrow. So is this the normal waiting time for an broadband issue to be resolved? Or is this the fastest service @airtelindia provides?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my discussion with Mr Surjit on your call center were complete waste of time. He was absolutely useless and not ready to help in anyways, neither was ready to take an Service request for me

    7. Fun fact- raised issue on 5th Dec and now got confirmation saying it will be resolved on 8th December. Haha is it a joke? What kind of service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews is providing? Worst experience ever.
