    @care_DIR My friend has registered a compalint on 29th november that his wifi is not working within 30 days of purchasing. My friend is a daily customer of techsupport of airtel. @airtelindia entertaining him daily with no solutions from the last 11 days.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic #CustomerService. Our Internet is broken because of faulty router. it's been more than 24 hrs and nothing, would have gotten a new active connection in less than 24 hrs. won't be paying for your faults. #disappointed loyal customer

    @airtelindia from last 2 months worst network in my location. Paid for 1.5 Gb per day but unable to use even 200-300 kb/day.even disturbance on calls. Made complaint also but no solution so far.. What about my 84 days recharge money that I have paid but service not provided..
