@airtelindia I have been postpaid customer for years,but never had an horrible experience,which led me to migrate to prepaid getting charged for 1 number for 999 for 2 months no refunds, and store staff lying to customers , making our days worse then ever, Sorry but not sorry.

Worst customer service currently in India would be Airtel. I have been contacting them for the last one month for my subscription upgradation and there's absolutely no seriousness and any effort to resolve the matter from these people. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #Airtel
