    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI how can your simcard stop operating without any prior intimation?? This has happened to me twice.. Really poor service from you.. if you want to upgrade the service send the new simcard to postpaid users & inform b4 disconnecting the service..

    @airtelindia @AirtelXtream took the xtream broadband connection on this month 8th and from 10th internet is not working. I raised the complaint on sameday and customer care executive said will resolve in 24hrs,now it is almost 68 hrs no one contacted me and issue is not resolved

    Hi @airtelindia A few days back I raised concerns of account closure (airtel banking services - wallet) through mail. I got a reply that i missed a call from the support team, but unfortunately at my end I haven't got any calls.

    @Airtel_Presence I guess your field team needs to get fired cuz this issue of 'internet lost just after recharging' to a single individual takes nearly 2 months to solve. Incompetent. @airtelindia

    What a poor service you are giving @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I don't have 2g speed of network in my locality. Why this is so. I am spending the same money then why I am not getting the speed of internet. Why????
