@airtelindia Instead of getting call or help from you guys started getting call from fraudsters claiming to be airtel agents. As soon as they told me to download Apps to get access to my phone I had to delete the tweet. Please support.

Its more than a week now since I talked to @airtelbank who assured me that the Fastag which is lost by DTDC will be deactivated within 2 working days. But now its more than 10 working days. Will @airtelindia help only if the customer files a lawsuit against the company?
