Hi, Artel has installed a BB connection recently to my below floor. The cable was just dropped through the middle of my balcony. It is very inconvenient to us,. unacceptable. your sales person response is to rude so am tagging here for the solution @airtelbroad @airtelindia

@airtelindia one of the worst services I've come across. I've raised a request for Broadband plan upgrade in November 2021 and I'm still waiting for it to be processed. After numerous follow-ups I still don't see any resolution. Being Airtel Black customer I'm not getting support
