    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This isn't the first time. Earlier, when my AirFiber developed a fault, the local team delayed replacing the equipment for over a month despite repeated complaints. Only after multiple follow-ups was the issue finally resolved. Unfortunately, I'm facing the same experience again.

    @airtelindia I have raised a WiFi shifting request 3 days ago still it is still pending. Even I have contacted customer care more than 4 times and they are just saying it will resolve but no response. I am not happy with this service.

    @airtelindia ,@TRAI Extremely frustrated. Multiple attempts to get support regarding ongoing issue with Black account. Despite reaching out to Airtel Gallery and customer support team several times, I have seen no resolution. This level of service is #shametoairtel

    @GoI_MeitY must ensure that if a sim card is dismantled and renewed by telecom company then all its responsibility of service provider to remove that number from all such places. New customer are unnecessarily troubled because of @airtelindia 's fault.
