    Since Last 7-8 days , Internet doesnt work on 5G, fallsback to 4G for data in Rewari @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia very poor customer service when it comes to discontinuing a specific service. The call gets disconnected always. I’ve been following up since 5 months as I have stopped using DTH yet it still continues to show up in my monthly bill.

    @JioCare jio fibre hasn't been working since yesterday. I raised the request twice and every time the assigned engineer in the app says my house doesn't come under his area. Fix it asap otherwise I'll have no other choice than switching to other options like @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am facing the same issue I was facing last month. B001 error on SET HD. Is there any permanent solution for this? The channel starts to show this error out of no where suddenly. Still waiting for response after 24hours @jagograhakjago

    @Portfolio_Bull @airtelindia my connection was down and i complained and waited patiently for more than 1 month.after 1 month , i cancelled and moved on. I don't remember the sequence but worst 1 month ever. Never ever take airtel. It wil work great til issues.. they don't know to fix it.
