@airtelindia the internet has been down since last night. I raised a complaint - no response. If something major is happening, plz have the courtesy to inform us via a corporate email. Communication is so so important in such cases so people can arrange alternatives!

@devanshjain_ @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Believe me..even in India, Airtel is hopeless in getting customer support.. they ask you to DM your concern if you post it publically and then sleep over your Direct message... My complaint in their DM was lying for several months.. no response yet !

What’s the point of talking to your customer service section if the work’s are not getting done even after that. It shouldn’t be like this in the first place when you have told that this is the certain way to do something and we try and get an error! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia #DTH# Wrong practice # Customer balance was available on 16 Aug and on 17 Aug morning recharge done but Airtel is deducting Rs 15 from balance. ( means airtel charged both day burn rates and rs 15 also as services charged) . This is harresment 3000042861
