@Airtel_Presence Hello Suresh, Thank u very much for your response here. We were awaiting for a tower for more then 2 yrs now but no intimations from @airtelindia. We don't have 4G internet connectivity here. We shall wait for a week or so and start moving to other network if no response.

What is happening here is that @airtelindia and @ViCustomerCare stopped SMS service. if you don't have unlimited pack then you can't send SMS.stop its arbitrariness @DoT_India
