    After enormous discussion we opted migrate to optical fiber cable netwrk from copper netwrk whr it shld hapen to stop my old plan,shld not be billed....I hve received a bill of Rs.900/- & ++ on no network....wht sort new fraud earning strategy is it @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia What will you do, just ask to DM? That I have done multiple time but you internet speed .. it's the same. A few Showoff's to show that you are working but in actual problem stay as it is. 'Bahane naye tarike wahi'

    @airtelindia Please update your Xstream Box and solve the existing issues. Also, update the security patch and android version as it still on Android 9.

    @airtelindia it’s been 3 months since I raised a complaint for the poor indoor network and slow Internet..but your team showing no interest to resolve this issue even after multiple follow ups..pathetic..

    my @airtelindia broadband connection gets disconnected once in a fortnight, and gets rectified after 2 days. got disconnected on saturday, made complaint, attended after 42 hrs i.e. just now. worst custmr service.
