    @airtelindia is the worst. Its Nonsense AI cannot solve the issue & connecting to the customer care is itself a huge task. Without any info, they hv disabled calls & net with valid recharge till 31/12 in the name of KYC. How my aged parents can visit their store for KYC!!!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Repeated call drop issue for the last few months. Despite several complaints, tickets are being closed without resolving the issue. Extremely poor customer experience. Kindly escalate and provide a permanent solution. #CallDrop #CustomerService
