@airtelindia I had a very imp call scheduled at 11 am today and since very early morning your wifi fibre is down! And it says not until 11.20 matter will be solved. Such long stretches is unacceptable specially on weekdays and wfh! #airtelwifi

@airtelindia Dear team I have changed my SIM yesterday at 19.39 AM and it was supposed to get activated within 4 hours and almost 20hrs gone no change in status. Customer care saying it will take another 12 hrs. Is this the service we are expecting?? @Airtel_Presence
