@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I upgraded my existing postpaid plan and one additional sim was delivered. SIM is not working and repeated calls to Airtel rep for resolution not worked. What a shady practice. Once a customer upgrades to a higher monthly plan, you are not bothered.

@roshanabbas @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence and even if you tag them here, it’s only a bot that responds. I had no wifi for almost a month cos they couldn’t figure out the issue. It is the most pathetic customer service, without doubt.
