@airtelindia I want to update my email address to get ESIM I called 121 many times but I don't get option to update email or connect with customer executive, what should I do, can't wait for long, let me know if you don't support ESIM or process for it is not easy.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel thanks app sucks and also their customer care. There is no way to lodge a complaint thru app. Customer care also making fool and not taking the complaint. I am waiting for my current month bill since last 5 days but team is not able to help.
