As per our calculation, extra amount paid is 604. Also Sept invoice received is 860.21 (271.21 extra). Revise Sept invoice.

    @airtelindia I am tired of complaining again and again about my broadband service. It hardly works. I switched to Airtel thinking of getting good speed and connectivity but made the worst decision.

    The @airtelindia executive was of no help. Repeated the same script of taking out sim, switching phone again --tried that thrice-- but it still didn't work. My wife insisted on speaking to supervisor. After a prolong waiting, she finally spoke to him.

    Airtel xstream services caused me, financial loss, mental restlessness, wasted my time and made me feel disrespectful. I took costly plan for better service that @airtelindia failed to provide, 24hrs time was provided many times and team failed to resolve the issue in given time

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In airtel 78 Rs plan customer can't make outgoing SMS from his cellphone.. Just got this info from Airtel Customer care. I have to port out my no ans for portout SMS request I have to recharge with Rs 120. Any other option.. Pathetic plan.

    My question to @airtelindia is did I make a mistake in advising my wife to switch from @ViCustomerCare. Do you allow your employees to treat customers so lightly? Can I get a resolution today?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence As in my Locality the fiber is shut down from 24hrs. Still didn't work, shame of u. Fake services. I'm giving u last warning else I will go to Jio fiber @JioCare As Jio services is better than u. Call us 9264940054 #fakeairtelservice 🤬🤬😡🤬🤬

    @airtelindia I am using Airtel postpaid number since last approx 10 year. Now a days your network is running very slow. I am very sad with this kind of experience. Hope Airtel will make sure that I will never think of switching to other network to @reliancejio @VodafoneGroup
