    @airtelindia 's been more than 24 hours since I started informing airtel there is issue in my internet connection . No response no calls no update . What is this @Airtel_Presence . If this is how it continues I need to stop using airtel . Pathetic

    Switched from Jio to @airtelindia for better coverage. Terrible onboarding. ❌ eSIM in the Thanks app doesn’t work. ❌ Store didn’t register my email. ❌ “24×7 support” is just a chatbot. ❌ Needed talktime just to contact customer care. ❌ Call got disconnected. Thread 🧵👇
