The Horseman (@badrinagarjun) reported@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Appellate Authority (Ref: 11034263474) also promised a 24hr fix, not honoured. I filed a formal complaint with both DoT (CPGRAMS Ref: DOTEL/E/2026/0043199) and Coimbatore Consumer Commission (Ref: 202607100464). Fix this.
