Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

@airtelindia From 2 days my Xstream fiber is not working and no one has visited my place except one but he was also not able to solve it, so he forwarded to another team but CS just giving me the tat of 4 hours continuously but no one has contacted me til now. Sr.10080406171 pathetic service

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your customer service pathetic . Executives disconnects the call without any resolution. Airtel charges 100Mbps plan amount provies 30Mbps. Airtel sucks.
