    Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

    @airtelindia i am living in thiruvottiyur, ajax, Chennai. Only one Airtel tower serves my area, with no other Airtel sites within 2–3 km. Even outdoor coverage is very weak, causing poor signal and slow data. Please investigate and improve the network coverage in this area.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence I have took a new connection of airtel wifi, but it is not working from last 7 days , i have already compalined about it several times but no action has been taken, technician is not pickuping the call. Is this airtel service ?

    @airtelindia No internet connectivity since evening... No way to register complaint for same.. As app chatbox is stuck to previous service request, which is already resolved.. No help from call centre either... As they also are not able to register complaint.. Very disappointing

    @Myself_75321 @airtelindia @vodafoneIN_Fdtn I don't think Airtel is a worst network but vodafone idea is a really a Good network in India especially in Cities

    @airtelindia Even I went to store but they said Airtel stop giving unlimited data, some customers facing issue,my concern is if I had recharged for 1 year 5G unlimited plan then why my data shifted to limited it's not my fault and reaching out to customer care executive is sucks @airtelindia

    @jitendraverma__ @JioCare @airtelindia U can't switch, Becoz vi and bsnl doesn't offer better speeds compared to Jio and Airtel And coverage might be poor too. If ur area has good coverage you are good to go. Check twice thrice before switching....

    @airtelindia Your area technicians preferring only new connection & commission they're detach & hang old fiver wire from Supply box and connecting new customer point for more more income & existing customers R struggling to get internet for 3-7day slots.

    Never expected this from @airtelindia. Your AirFiber sucks and now you Postpaid network also having issues. My entire family is on Airtel network, be in Broadband or SIM, seems you guys being ignorant of the customers problem now.
