    Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

    70 complaints registered with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence but zero resolution! Me & 20 of my colleagues are completely fed up with this pathetic network & internet connectivity. Patience has crossed its limit. Decided to port out all our SIMs together.#AirtelDown #NetworkIssue

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my WiFi is down for more than 36 hours now!! And your agent whose number comes up on the app says it’s some central power issue, which he has conveyed to a team and they will rectify whenever possible !!! Is this the kind of service ??

    At this point I’m convinced NCR telecom operators exchange customer data like IPL teams exchange players. Today @airtelindia . Tomorrow @ViBusinessIndia . Next week maybe @BSNLCorporate uncle outside metro station.

    My family applied for an Airtel broadband connectionin Palasuni Bhubaneswar through an agent named Rohit Das. He collected amount from me, but even after 2 days no installation has been done and no responsereceived. immediate support and verification of the agent. @airtelindia

    @airtelnews Airtel Fiber down AGAIN – just 6 days after the last outage. This is now a REPEATED PROBLEM, multiple times a month. For a paid broadband service, this is unacceptable. Fix this properly @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia When I called the technician regarding the internet issue, he denied providing proper support and behaved very rudely with me as well as with my father. The technician’s name is Mohammad Samdhani, and his mobile number is 9502332193. Such unprofessional behavior from your staff

    We raised multiple complaints with Airtel customer care, but the response has been careless and unprofessional. No proper resolution, no technician support, and no accountability. @airtelindia
