    Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Broadband account 20008028778. Credit note issued 27 Jan. Refund of ₹1,882 still not rcvd — 85 days later. You claimed NEFT was sent on 6 Apr but no amt rcvd. NCH Docket 8923169. Is a false transaction claim acceptable customer service? #Airtel #ConsumerRights

    @airtelindia do you guys even care for customer service at all?? No one listens to customers complaint. I lodged network issue complaint and got a message today that it has been resolved. How the F is it resolved when no one contacted me took any feedback? The network is worst no

    @airtelindia @telecom I recently installed Airtel fiber with setup box I make a payment on 15-04-2026. There was no response from airtel Today all instalation completed but Setup Box is not working When I called to customer care they said to wait #Fraud_Airtel #Worst_services

    @AirtelPresence @airtelindia Ur customer care & chat services DEAD! Booked WiFi 1 wk ago, no LAN/no AirFiber possible. Asked installer to cancel+refund ₹1500 for 4 days—NOTHING! Immediate refund & order cancel NOW!

    Airtel @airtelindia unlimited 5G plan is an absolute scam. Even when the phone is forced to be on 5G, I still get sms of 2GB exhausting, and then the 5G stops working. Absolute piece of **** network, will not recharge ever with bigger plans with it!
