Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews team have removed all human touch from customer care, and have put a pathetic chatbot. Basically removed the care from customer care. There is no option to talk to a human or get a call back, and the bot doesn’t understand the issue.

Hi @airtelindia and @amazonIN Help, I'm raising a concern here. I was given conflicting info by airtel reps pooja and one senior manager about my 6-month Amazon prime subscription. If I turn off auto-renew will I still get full 6 months as initially promised? Tagging both (1/2)
