    Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

    @airtelnews @airtelindia you people have charged me unethically for fake data and sms which I never sent and now your customer care is not even reversing the charges. This is how you fool your old customers? Fix it now or else it wil be escalated further to consumer forum now

    @airtelindia Your team can give commitments during calls to stop cancellation, but later denies everything saying “no provision available.” This is not professional customer support. Stop sending generic replies and arrange an immediate callback on my registered number

    @airtelindia there is no proper network coverage I am using 4g network. In the main city of Chennai i am facing this issue. Already raised the concern via customer care. But still facing same issue. Even while receiving calls and messages facing this issue. I am postpaid user

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Wanted to get Airtel WiFi installed, but the installation team informed that setup may take 2-4 days. Because of this delay, I have not proceeded with payment yet. Expected faster service from Airtel. Please arrange quicker installation support.

    @airtelindia why payer cannot avail full network even for basic call facility . Even complaints are getting resolved without any call or verification. This is complete duopoly. @TRAI can these company close any complaint without resolution.
