    Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

    Really disappointed with the poor customer service from @airtelindia I raised a request to shift my Wi-Fi connection on 4th July, and despite multiple follow-ups, it still hasn’t been resolved. I even visited the Airtel Store multiple times, but there was no proper response. The Store Manager simply said that only complaints can be registered, with no actual resolution or timeline. To make matters worse, while I was at the store, I met two other customers facing similar issues. This has been my worst experience with Airtel. Please resolve my request immediately. #Airtel #WorstCustomerService

    @airtelindia i have just joined your network by doing port my number from jio. At the time of kyc your sales representative promised me one month recharge will be complimentary but I did not received will you help me by elaborating this situation
