Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

@airtelindia Great service and very responsible people. My son is currently giving his 11th class exam and the internet got disconnected because of storm. On hearing my request, the service team responded immediately. I got the internet restored.

Very disappointed with the service provided by @HathwayBrdband. The customer service is rude and careless. Have been facing connectivity issue since months now. Please resolve at the earliest. Will soon shift to @airtelindia

One of the most pathetic services is Airtel with the worst customer service. Anytime you complaint of their services, the only response - line karwa dijiye. Faced the same inefficient attitude in Kolkata, and continues in Mumbai too. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@DramebaazPorgi @airtelindia Don't bother. @airtelindia customer care executives will call you and ask you to recharge again. They will even claim that the recharge you did has been already consumed. Saying from my own experience.. 🙄

wat kind of servis u r providing us @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence, it takes sometimes more than 3 mnts to get an OTP. we students have to submit our assignments or complete exams within a given time frame and ur network system deteriorating day by day. please resolve.
