    Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

    @airtelindia No option anywhere either app or website or customer care to SUSPEND wifi connection. I get alternatives Gift it to your friend or Transfer it to another address. I've used your wifi, i no longer need it and i want to remove it. Why can't Airtel proceed with this?

    @airtelindia once again my patience has been tested. Request ID: 10928933050 is still unresolved. Neither customer care gave proper response nor airtel try to fix such issues ASAP. Very disappointing.

    A prepaid #Airtel mobile number was disconnected from 4th May 2026 stating without any reason. When my friend walked into the Airtel Showroom at Mogappair West, they said that there was some issue with the Name which was not entered properly by @airtelindia Staffs in spite of KYC

    @airtelindia @airtelnews - is there anyway to get broadband issue rectified even if living in prime locality in Hyderabad wherein access of technician cannot be a challenge . I m tired of calling ur call centre which is of ZERO help

    @airtelindia due to heavy thunderstorms the wifi wire got damaged, we are trying to reach customer support to resolve the issue. No one from your toll free is helping us. My father is working from home and this issue is troubling us alot.
