    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel you'll are CHEATS. Terrible customer service. Have been given 3 refrence numbers but the problem remains unsolved. Airtel swallows customer money and ignores the real issue. I want my issue resolved.

    @Keyingin @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Yes they have one portal to see network status in your area it shows all good you complain they will close ticket after week finally you port. They will convince to get it corrected & nothing happens.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews . You claim that "There is an site upgradation going on in your locality" . If that's true then why is only my network down. Other Airtel users are not facing any issue here in Cox town. Constantly disappointed
