    Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

    I am absolutely FED UP with @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence. This is beyond poor service — this is a complete failure of customer support and billing accountability.l I requested a broadband shifting/relocation.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI Over a month with no 5G despite paying ₹649 for Unlimited 5G. Repeated customer care calls, yet no resolution. Why is Airtel charging customers for a service it isn't providing? This is unacceptable. Restore 5G immediately #Worst_AIRTEL

    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Many Airtel users in our village Dongchick chowkiyal Drass ladakh facing unable to access the 5g service despite having a 5g active plan and handset. Despite having Airtel tower still not installed the 5g network in above location.

    Very disappointed with @airtelindia .I got a new Airtel Broadband connection and completed the payment, but the installation has not been done properly. The Wi-Fi is still not working, and despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. Kindly resolve this on priority.
