Since the lockdown,employees are working from home,but the residents of Kanthavara has no facility of at least 2G network.. it is difficult for the workers to work from home.The telecom services must take the initiative of providing internet access. @karkalasunil @airtelindia

Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , My problem is open from 336 hours however till now I doesn’t get any resolution. I’m really disappointed by seeing pathetic service. Found no TAT/SLA to resolve my problem. Everytime getting a new CASE Number by sending email to check status.
