@airtelindia Hey useless team. Every time i contact ur useless team they just replying with we will look into it, our team is working in it, we understand ur concern. U guys promising 4G or high speed internet and what u delivering 1 -10 kbps. Useless network n useless team.

Hello @airtelindia HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND NO LEVEL OF COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. ITS BEEN A WEEK AND EVEN TODAY NOBODY IS READY TO GIVE ME AN EXACT ETA FOR THE PROBLEM. A request to upgrade the broadband plan is pending from last week. dsl ID - 02094126397_MH

@airtelindia (data mismatch issue in airtel thanks application) the best network server was not able to solve the perticular issue in between the period of 5 to 7 months. Very very very poor service experience with airtel. Wierd airtel thanks application

@airtelindia Airtel making india fool. I have given a simple request to close the connection 6 days before. I have received more than 10 calls from their call center and I have told the same thing again and again. 0 calls 0 problems. Airtel please don't make consumers fool.

@airtelindia Have paid installation charge for broadband but no engineer has turned up till date. Sales person does not receive my call now. If this is the kind of service before installation, i can imagine the service after setup. #airtelindia
