@Airtel_Presence Really pathetic service from Airtel. Why are we being charged international roaming even when our original pack has expired ? And we haven't even taken new pack. International Roaming feature in the Airtel Thanks app keeps crashing. @airtelindia

I have never seen such a worst customer support service.I have been keep complaining about airtel signal in my area yet not resolved and they don't even reply back to my quaries. I am done with airtel network. They are only thinking about getting new customers. @airtelindia

@airtelindia Already updated and verified my email ID on the thanks App but that makes no difference. Don't know why you have this app when its so pointless to use @airtelindia I also sent 4-5 emails to your customer support email ID but again, no response and no help
