    @airtelindia since 8 days we are not having internet connection and we are complaining regularly but no proper reply, they have only one answer " we have no update ", we have not experienced such a bad service from airtel

    @airtelindia It's 24 hrs since I raised an issue about the SIM, thru the DM, every four house get a call, taking details, assuring the information will be passed on to the concerned team, and the issue will be resolved soon. "The soon" seems to be never coming.

    I mistakenly paid the bill to a wrong Airtel number (which is in fact no longer a postpaid number). I've been to the service center regarding the same and they said they can't help it. Please look into it and refund the money asap. @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence

    The worst thing about prepaid plans they are only valid for 28 days. Why do telcos deduct 2 days that's a question to be asked @TRAI @reliancejio @airtelindia
