Why DND made a cumbersome process, I have been receiving sms 10 times a day even after DND . Pls activate full DND . DM link pls @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia also pls make single user system as your customer care are unable to take DND request what is that ??

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have a multi connection DTH account (3 set top box) and i had temporarily suspended 1 box. At that time i was told i can reactivate whenever i want but now its not working... I called Customer Care and they asked to do a recharge (which i did)..
