Hello @airtelindia , disgusted by your service. Raised a complaint 4 days back, executive visited and said your connection has been given to someone else, and there has been no allocation of any engineer further for the past 24 hours, sitting here without any response.

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence team. It has been 2 weeks since my new issued sim is inactive. My old sim got corrupt (no clue why) and new one is taking forever. We have already given up broadband due to bad service. Likely to give up sim too after 10 years of association.

What’s the point of being on DND when you still get 4-5 calls from brokers, Banks etc??? @airtelindia @airtelindia fed up of raising complaints on app still not happy with support. Is it something that you can action and make a better experience for me
