    @airtelindia Had been a customer for many years. Recently had to close the bb as I shifted & no airtel broadband is there right now. I received a msg to pay my last billed amt. I could no longer access the bill thro airtel thanks app;no ebill was sent. I emailed airtel-noreply.

    I can't hear voice during calls. So I can't make or receive calls. Additionally call gets drop any time. Kindly fix this issue at the earliest. I have tried contacting 121 but no response from customer service. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia The worst experience at your Airtel store. Executives are talking rashly and blaming customers. I took prepaid and postpaid connection but got a lesson for learning. No signals and no proper still paying postpaid bills on time. This is how you treat customer.
