    @excitel_rocks they looted their customer by charging extra for fibre upgrade, earlier they didn’t disclose it but when you are going for it they will ask money as an security deposit where now a days big giant like @airtelindia giving free of cost router. Pathetic

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi, I like to report an issue regarding my xtreme fiber connection as it is not stable from past 4 days. I've reported this to customer care & they've asked me to wait for 24 hours to resolve the issue. Please look into the matter urgently.

    @airtelindia I have bought airtel fibre broadband almost 6 months ago, I used to get proper 200 Mbps till last 3 days, when I called the called the call centre, he registered my complaint and I got a call from technician now the technician say he cannot provide 200 Mbps speed
