Having a bad experience with @airtelindia broadband services, I registered request on 21-July to transfer my connection to new address on 24-July, I was ensured that it will be done within 24 hours, but it's been 5 days today and I am still waiting for the connection to done.

When I call 121 the customer care they said that they’ll call within 24hrs but they don’t keep up their words. I’ve been using since 2017. This is Disgusting @airtelindia @airtelnews

Hey @airtelindia I want to change my physical airtel sim to eSIM. Tried sending msg to 121 but says registered email is not correct. Updated and verified mail id in airtel app. Still facing the same issue. Please proved a resolution asap
