@airtelindia I am very sceptical about any claims Airtel makes in Social, Print and Electronic Media regarding smart delivery. It is misleading ,misinformation and overstated. Poor service, gross negligence of consumer focused delivery is rampant. Ship up or shape out of reckoning.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia since then i have been calling on the mobile numbers and being routed from one person to another. Got a call yesterday from the escalation department who also ensured that the issue will get resolved by EOD. But alas even that was just a JOKE...
