@ambandla But isn't it a bad idea by @airtelindia to force users to pay for DTH even though they're selling this smart TV box. No point in making users pay for both, DTH and broadband!!

@airtelindia - We are out of broadband internet connection for almost 24 hours. Raising SR from App doesn't work. Landline is dead as well. Local Airtel Representatives not reachable. How do we even raise a complaint?
