    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence worst worst customer service . NEVER fall into thre trap of providing best customer service. If someone from Twitter team calls and says ur query will b resolved never trust . I patiently waited for 15 days. No result.!!!!!!!!!

    @Airtel_Presence I am experiencing very bad data speed and i asked customer care for help but no one is answerable there its been more than 15 days and now also the speed i get of data is worst from 2G please look into the matter its very frustrating @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia unable to make direct calls, on first call the call gets disconnected and doesn't connect immediately. Why call doesn't get connected the first time. What's the use of your hd network then? It's happening with every number I call almost!!!

    @airtelindia your teams delete the billing details for disconnected accounts. Refuse to share final bill. After 8 months of tormenting experience with your network, you continue to harass the customers.

    I have noticed that just 15 days before my @airtelindia broadband plan is supposed to end suddenly they have technical issues and take up a day or two where the customer is forcibly made to realise the value of their service. And this has happened everytime in the last 18 months.

    @airtelindia you are going to testing 5g without providing 4g network, VI, JIO providing better then your network . I raised complaints still no response for that, Worst service i have never seen before. Here most of the people facing network problems more then 60 , no ans for my complaints.

    It’s been FIVE days since my internet connection is down. It seems like @airtelindia is reinventing the INTERNET. Absolutely worst customer service ever. I was promised my issue will be resolved by 2 pm today. Technician hasn’t contacted yet @Airtel_Presence Will not recommend!👎🏻
