    I have to cut and redial 15 times in a 30 min call and these companies say we are providing best 5G in India. Please fix your 4G first @airtelindia and @reliancejio PS: don't ask for dm in the tweet.

    @airtelindia The worst customer service. I have been following up for my refund for past one week without any update and the customer service waiting time is more than 15 mins and again they put the call on hold.
