    @airtelindia I have a postpaid sim and it suddenly stopped working. And now, because you don’t have a office in my city because of your pathetic network of customer centres. , I have to go 150kms to get it changed. What about the advertisements of getting sim delivered at home ?

    @Airtel_Presence #reject_airtel Samisha, that’s problem with u guys, @airtelindia (Airtel Thanks App) promised me to upgrade 1GB plan in place of 200mbps plan, within 24 hours on 07/08/22, still it’s pending , no update given on SRN … pathetic services false promises !!

    I tried to port to my number (8125262080) from jio to airtel. in the process before getting the signal I lost the aitel sim card. none of your customer care people ready help. as the sim already moved to tata docomo Please help me to get the sim @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @reliancejio this is happening quite very often now. Since last 2 days there is lot of network issue. The network is only 1 bar out of 4. Plz resolve this issue ASAP or i will port my number to @airtelindia

    @airtelindia - We are facing huge network issue since last 2 month, ticket was closed without resolution. Ticket - 31-4203145084624. Not problematic location also so not sure what is the issue. Internet is working fine.
