  @airtelindia what is wrong with your wifi services , i’ve installed the wifi and my mobile data gives better connectivity. I’ve spoke to the customer care team but they keep on repeating same thing that my area has connectivity down, this has been going on for 3 weeks.

  @airtelindia my phone not able to receive international calls for quite some time now. Unfortunately at 121 - it is all about offers w/o any solution. The chatbot booked a new connection instead of solving the issue ! Kindly provide a system to seek redressal

  Such a poor network in so much advertised @airtelindia Priority Postapid so called fastlane, getting a mere 2-3 mbps downloading speed and 0.3 - 0.5 mbps uploading speed in the locality. When raised SR, heavily advertised bot operated Airtel thanks app closed it within second.

  I have ported my mobile number to Airtel on 15 th July, but my port happened on 31 at July, I recharge 349, but today my pack ends just after 15 days, why, no person to talk in 121 customer care, pls resolve @airtelindia @TRAI

  Hi Airtel, @airtelindia The 5G network has become extremely unstable lately. The signal keeps fluctuating between 5G, 4G, and no/poor connectivity, making it difficult to use the internet consistently. Please look into the network issue and provide a stable 5G service. #Airtel

  @airtelindia Very poor 4G network in Madhupur, Via Kuanpal, Mahanga, Cuttack, Odisha-754204. Only 1 bar signal, frequent call drops & internet not working. Please check tower coverage and improve 4G/5G service in this area. 🙏📶

  @airtelindia Your network has been extremely poor for the last 2–3 days, with no proper response or resolution.Interestingly, when the recharge is about to expire, your customer care calls and promises to fix the issue within 24–48 hours.
