    @airtelindia network problem in my village , many times we have registered complain but no any corrective action taken by airtel. Location Bhatto ka bamaniya ,kapasan, chittorgarh. People are switching in JIO.

    Is it true that Airtel can't provide broadband service above 7th floor? Atleast in Mumbai,that seems true. And nowadays there are all high rises. How you are going to survive? @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence Shameful service 4m @airtelindia My Xstream Fiber shifting request hs bn pnding since 08 Jul 2026. Despite repeated calls and escalations, ur executives & supervisors have done nothing except make false 24-hour promises. 0 accountability. 0 resolution. pathetic

    Dear @airtelindia , I'm facing extremely slow internet speed and frequent network issues at my location in Bihar. Even basic browsing and video streaming are affected despite having a valid data plan. Please investigate and resolve this issue urgently. @Airtel_Presence #Network

    As an @airtelindia postpaid customer for last 15 years, I'm frustrated. The mobile data speeds are not up to the broadband level (goes less than <20Mbps sometimes for 4G sim) now and even watching a video has been a hassle. Sometimes this becomes horrible when having zoom meeting

    Airtel’s service has honestly gone downhill. My AirFiber stopped working, so I spent over an hour with customer support. They kept redirecting me to a broken mobile app that was not helping at all. Finally, they assigned an engineer. When I called him, he said he does not know how to work on AirFiber. So customer support cannot resolve it, the assigned engineer cannot fix it, and I am left without internet while I have important work to finish. The resolution time given to me is 48 hours. This is what happens when an essential sector is dominated by just 2 or 3 large players. Customers have very little choice, competition remains weak, and companies slowly stop caring about service quality. India needs better telecom competition and stronger accountability. Internet is no longer a luxury. Businesses and livelihoods depend on it. @airtelindia, please do better. Before the support bot asks, my service request number is 11035404075.
