@airtelindia network problem in my village , many times we have registered complain but no any corrective action taken by airtel. Location Bhatto ka bamaniya ,kapasan, chittorgarh. People are switching in JIO.

@airtelindia whats the point of airtel black and dedicated relationship manager when speed issues are resolved after ur work day is over . Engineers do not visit before 5-6 hours and for that long ur productivity is hampered

@Airtel_Presence It's third day now. Seems no one is looking into the issue. I've visited few local servic providers and found that the engineer who was assigned to this issue is on leave. Is that the way airtel do work assignment? It was not expected from Airtel. Shame! @airtelindia

@airtelindia Pathetic response to a complaint 10060887429 was raised Yesterday-July 10 & was told will be resolved by 11 A.M. today-July 11. It is now 01:17 P.M. ,no one has contacted me, customer service hung up and on 3rd call I was told it will take another day now to fix.
