    @airtelindia network problem in my village , many times we have registered complain but no any corrective action taken by airtel. Location Bhatto ka bamaniya ,kapasan, chittorgarh. People are switching in JIO.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia It's good when it works. My experience is very bad. I went with fiber xtream one month back and raised 7 requests in one month for service unoperational. Still internet is not working from 26+ hours. Received SMAS twice that representative will visit to troubleshoot

    @airtelindia You guys have the worst customer support team in the history of customer support. I wanted a new sim and your 3 representatives are asking me to travel 30km to get a SIM card. Your website shows stores with non working numbers.

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you team. I have received the sim. Much appreciated . @airtelindia please learn from vodafon regards customer service and commitment. With lies, false commitment you can bring customer on your network but won’t able to retain them.

    @airtelindia Issue with Airtel Xstream Fiber 5G connection, unable to use the internet. Reached the customer care several times , but no response , only messages are coming sorry for inconvenience, issue will be resolved at this particular time. But no solution to my problem.
