    Don’t ever rely on @airtelindia application to activate any additional services. Apparently you will be unable to deactivate it back via app(shows activation under process) and would never inform you about status, charges until they can charge a hefty amount in tens of thousands.

    Facing frequent broadband disconnections on @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. Called your customer care thrice, your engineer has messed up the WiFi even more today. Why is your service so terrible? And no resolution even after all this.

    @ViCustomerCare now you are harassing your lost customers by calling and saying that there is a pending amount of Rs 1400 odd. I ll ask every #VI customers to port out frm it and go to @reliancejio or @airtelindia they hve good service nd will not harass u #vodafoneidearloosers

    @airtelindia - I had always thought that your service was some thing to be admired - alas, how wrong I was. 1.6 months has passed for a simple connection shifting request, and every day, I get a call from a new line man, and all I am adding now are contacts in my address book

    @caswapnilkabra @sahil_vi @airtelindia Swapnil I have also faced the similar issue when I tried to get ESIM which is a simple process but awaited 2 days long to convert, facing minor issues majorly like this.
