Then the complaint is marked as completed without any customer confirmation or feedback on whether the issue was actually resolved. Please look into this urgently.

To disconnect your Airtel broadband: Open Airtel Thanks app → select your broadband → Help & Support → Broadband → Disconnection (or Manage Services). Submit request with reason. Or call 121/198 from your registered Airtel number, request cancellation, and note the SR ID. It usually processes in 3-7 days. They may ask why—stay firm if you're sure. Let me know if you need more help!
