    @sriram1963 @RanjitGutu @airtelindia Very true, Airtel has very poor customer help track. They are slowest in resolving problems. I have been facing same issue.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Dear Airtel . Please train your customer care reps to at least log complains. It has been more than a week we have requested to turn on international roaming on one of our numbers and it is not yet done. It’s had been a pathetic experience.

    @Nethaji1976 @RanjitGutu @airtelindia Wow 15 days, and they just need 1hr to give you new connection and add customer. Airtel's sales dept. Super fast, their technical team and customer care, slowest and pathetic.
