    @airtelindia network problem in my village , many times we have registered complain but no any corrective action taken by airtel. Location Bhatto ka bamaniya ,kapasan, chittorgarh. People are switching in JIO.

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Just useless and hopeless customer service from this company. I've been trying for the past month to disconnect my Airtel AirFiber connection, but they have shown absolutely no concern for my request. Is this really how you treat your customers? I urge everyone to think twice before taking any service from this company. My experience has been extremely disappointing. @Airtel_Presence

    Leaving this piece of ****, @airtelindia. I'll be porting my Airtel number to jio in 1 week @TRAI pls act against this fraudster @airtelindia. They promise unlimited 5G, but it's a lie. Their unlimited 5G plans are capped at just 1.5 GB to 2.5 GB data, depending on the plan.

Despite trying to contact your customer care every day, I have been unable to connect with your support team. As a result, my issue remains unresolved, and I am facing significant inconvenience due to the lack of internet service.     I'm facing a serious network issue at my location. inside my room, i get only 1 signal bar, and the internet is almost unusable. data keep disconnecting, making it difficult to use the service. Please look into this issue and improve the network coverage in my area @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Very frustrating customer service 1. Ported phone from vodafone to Airtel 2 Both parties approve & porting done 3. Vodafone show pending amount after 2 months! 4. There is no way to pay for inactive no 5. Struggle for 1 week to find method of paying an old no 6. Done & Vodafone confirmed lifting lock 7. No still not active after 1 week 8. Online overseas call said go to store after 15 of charging international call😳 9. Store in Ahmedabad said can b done in Mumbai only😳 10 its for a sr citizen who cant go out! 11 Sent email to support Pl advice how to manage now! Chasing from 1 month #BadCustomerSupport

    I contacted @airtelindia customer care and was misinformed to switch from prepaid to postpaid. Later, another executive admitted the mistake and assured me of 1 month free balance as compensation, but nothing been provided yet. Kindly resolve this issue and honor your commitmemt.
