    @airtelindia network problem in my village , many times we have registered complain but no any corrective action taken by airtel. Location Bhatto ka bamaniya ,kapasan, chittorgarh. People are switching in JIO.

    @Swats26 @airtelindia Airtel won't sustain in market if they don't listen or change their behaviour to market demands..it's very hard to reach customer executive on toll free number and why airtel customer have to pay to talk with executive..     @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My SIM has suddenly stopped working and I'm unable to make our recieve calls. It says SIM not registered on network. I've been using this service for 6 years and this happens. I'm unable to even talk to an actually human agent on your helpline!!!

    @airtelindia Sometimes it gives good signal But the prices are really harsh towards middle class people Sometimes airtel never gives complete 1.5 gb to me , It shows me that "you are completed your daily 100% of data" but I am using 1.48 only This now worse network

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your modem sucks which was installed from your end, it's of 3rd party brand which is not capable to handle. Kindly change the modem and update the speed. Every month we call to you but no resolution till now

    @airtelindia ticket is resolved without fixing the issue after 15 days and today again new ticket opened with 15 days lead time. Are you want to switch to different provider because I am planning ??? This is one of the pathetic and unprofessional service of 121 I am going through

    hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had logged a complaint for network issue at my residence (31-3782162027841) on 14th November and it was closed without any resolution. It got it re-opened again on 21st November and I see that it is closed yet again. What is going on!?!?
