    @airtelindia Its been nearly a month now, that I raised the request to upgrade the broadband plan to Fiber net, but again the poor customer service in Bhopal city is very troublesome with no active response from the team. In the app also, cant see any updates to it. Kindly help!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had raised a request for Airtel Wifi. 4 days have passed , i have made repeated complains. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. If you can provide a service why harrass a customer.

    Worst Response From #Airtel Nodal Desk, They gave a fake commitment like other customer care executives do. After 5 years of Experience i didn't receive a valid response form @airtelindia. May be every network Provider doing same. @TRAI Should have a look #worst_airel_coverage
