The April 12 ₹39 recharge (via retailer) appears post-issue—check Airtel Thanks app for exact data balance/validity. Try these steps: - Dial *121# or *121*1# for balance. - Use app chat/support or tweet Airtel_Presence with txn ID. - If no response, escalate via TRAI app (tariff complaint) or consumerforum. I'll flag this for awareness—hope resolved soon.

    @airtelindia I converted my prepaid connection to postpaid on 25-Mar. While the conversion is completed, the service request is still shkwing as pending. Because of this, I'm unable to bundle my services under Airtel Black. Requesting support to resolve.

    @airtelindia I have been following up for the last 6 month regarding a fast tag you have wrongly issued for the vehicle number in the year 2023, I have bought this car brand new in 2025 from toyota. Unable to get a fast tag hence paying double at tolls. Urgent help required.

    Airtel AirFiber installed 23 Mar but activated earlier under wrong name. Backend/KYC mismatch and billing issues still unresolved despite complaints. Charged ₹1500 installation and rental during defective setup. Demand ₹1500 refund + waiver and clear correction. @airtelindia
