    @airtelindia Pathetic state of service in Siliguri. Broadband is down you say that your technician will visit in a particular day and time, which doesn’t happen change it then to next day and again change it to update that it will happen after 3 days. No landline yet provided etc

    @airtelindia Broadband Internet line dead from two days no one has visited for resultion customer care guys are putting calls on hold for unlimited time this is so unresponsive behaviour from a well know company worst service in varanasiEven the local broadband unit works better

    @JioCare Thank you team, I had not experienced such a poor service from a big company before. @airtelindia fiber services are 1000 times better than you. That is why I finally removed jio (as you were unable to provide me relocation services) & continued with Airtel.
