    I had an issue with @airtelindia broadband once. They asked me to raise a ticket in the Airtel Thanks app. Since the wifi was not working, I was connected to my 4G network. In the app, when I went to the wifi section to raise the ticket, I was asked to connect to the WiFi network. But since the wifi was down, I could not test the connection through the app. Then I switched off the wifi toggle and connected back on mobile data. Then the connection testing started, while I was on Mobile data and the connection was successful. Then the airtel app showed that "Your network is working fine. Thanks for using the airtel app".

    it’s been months since I requested WiFi disconnection and refund of my security deposit. Still no pickup, no refund, no proper response despite repeated follow-ups. Extremely disappointing service. Please resolve this ASAP. @airtelindia @airtelnews #disappointed

    Paying 4000 a year, getting promised unlimited 5g, and getting decieved. What's your excuse @airtelindia ? Your network is not available even in Lucknow, the state capital ? Is this the India's largest network ? @JM_Scindia sir, please work on @BSNLCorporate.

    @airtelindia 3 days without WiFi in my area and still no resolution. No service engineer has visited despite multiple complaints. Charging premium prices for such pathetic service and zero customer support is unacceptable. Extremely disappointed @Airtel_Presence #PoorService

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Deactivated my mother’s 10+ year old number for re-verification despite active β‚Ή2250 yearly plan recharged 15 days ago. No SMS/reminder sent for re-verification, but recharge reminders are nonstop. Very disappointing. Need resolution & compensation

    @airtelindia β€œ bheed me bhi speed ” my foot.! Its been more than 12hours and my internet is not working. All i am getting is a message every 2-3 hours of extending the deadline to fix my net. It’s the same case every few weeks. I want to disconnect my connection.

    @143_pushpendra @airtelindia it says something else brother, it says airtel's itself network is not yet on SA 5G which is required for network slicing (priority postpaid)
