@HathwayBrdband discontinuing with your services.. Your staff is hopeless and not at all customer centric in their approach. Very careless and unprofessional. Highly disappointed.. I hope @airtelindia broadband doesn’t disappoint me. Any other options with broadband in Mumbai?

What kind of rubbish is this @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i just got on a call with your customer care and they said I need to reach out to them within 3 days, I made a wrong recharge on 21st at 10.59 and today is 24th 10.23 how have I breached the 3 days mark.

@airtelindia worst ever response from pnb cares wronly diverting the aggrieved custrs to the pnb care who does not have any idia of issues relating to the pensioners pl dont do that this is highly frustrating for sr citizens pl take up the issue with concerned and then get back

@HathwayBrdband pathetic services! I got hathway connection a week back and it has coverage issues. Contacted customer care for help but they are hopeless. Really disappointed. @airtelindia is way better.
