  Airtel have really frustrating network because when it shows 5g network properly so when i used my 4g data is deducted and then the speed of 5g also decreased, i thought that it was good network but they are just faking for network. @airtelindia @airtelnews

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I raised a request to disconnect my Airtel Fibre plan because I’m only getting ~5 Mbps speed. When I contacted customer care, they connected me to technical support, and the suggestion I got was to “use it on one device while on WiFi.” Seriously?

  20 days, multiple visits, still stuck. @airtelindia asked for re-KYC, but it keeps getting rejected due to “name mismatch” while all other details are correct. How many times do I need to repeat this? Please fix this.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please take this request as a disconnection request immediately since you just don’t care resolving issues (11027841116 and 11028348967). Horrible customer service
