banking app or porting the number. I think outgoing sms should not qualify as a separate service from voice which can be denied in any plan. Feels really unfair if one already has some plan and needs to recharge again just for sms. @airtelindia @VodafoneIdeaIN

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I almost lost my job due to downtime in was facing every now and then. Now airtel customer care is harrasing me by calling and messaging. Will never go for Airtel in future if I require a service because this company is only after revenue. Sad but true.

Not able to switch to VoLTE calls even though I have a 4G signal on my phone. No VoLTE toggle can be found in my mobile networks settings even when it is working fine for my other sim. Tried to contact a Airtel store they have no idea about this issue. Please help @airtelindia
