@airtelindia Hi, I am unable to see TV channels as the error msg is B-0001. I tried to call customer care & even tried to lodge complaint from Airtel app but was not able to as app is not working fine & not able to talk with customer care, please advise what should I do?

@ViCustomerCare @airtelindia @JioCare Why don't you guys give discounted recharge plans at every 3rd 6th month to loyal customers? Until the customer sends port sms you guys don't give discounted plans nor do you call to ask for any issues.
