    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your Airtel Black is just marketing gimmicks. Switched to Airtel Black. My billing cycle changed, and bill raised without any information to me, no Email no SMS. Lodged complain regarding some DTH issues however even after 3 days it is pending?

    Airtel broadband Bangalore. Fault repair - Request ticket ID: 137642218. Issue reported: 25 Sep 2011 3:41 PM. Horrible experience, no updates for around 27 hours now. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
