@airtelindia Certain channels are not working properly in my DTH, getting continued disturbance. Logged a complain but resolution is chargeable. Why should i pay? This must be Airtel's commitment to provide good quality network. And why i am not getting solution immediately?

My home internet is not working for the past 9 days. The brilliant team of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews says it will get solved by the end of the day, everyday. It's been 9 days and they are still on it. Never seen pathetic customer service like this.

I am Bc Agent of Airtel Payment BankI did an Aeps Transcation Which Failed On 04-09-22. Transcation amount of 2000rs is debited from customer account but credit not received,i am already complaint to You Many Time, But didn't reslolve it.@airtelbank @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia your broadband services level has completely gone down the drain. The shutdowns / outages have been so frequent and over to it there is no response from customer care or sales representatives. Now got stuck after taking yearly plan. #AirtelBroadband
