  @airtelindia mobile internet isn't working since last 30 days calling 121 or 198 isn't helpfull doesn't matter how many times you try speaking customer care executive IVR replies "we are currently having technical difficulties in your are area" it also doesn't matter the location

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Care Recharged the wrong number by mistake. Requested transfer of that recharge to the intended number on 6th July. Case: RWRRV5BLR20260708016086. Today customer care says "case closed" — but resolution is closed and a fresh case opened with ETA 17th July.

  Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia! I paid 6 months’ advance for my Wi-Fi but post that ended up adding it to my Black. I’ve been getting additional bills in my Black, but the advance was never adjusted. Can you help? Almost surprised that it didn’t happen automatically?

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is really pathetic service. Escalate this immediately. Engineer name is Umang Solanki, the person who sold it says I'm not accountable for all this technical issues.

  @airtelindia hello , wanted to bring to your notice that we have been without a wifi service for over 27 hours now and all I have received are apologises and new deadlines for service resumption, which is yet to happen. Even now I have been asked to wait another 5 hours.

  Its been 5 days rains have stopd, wifi service dwn, no one to report to. Called Engineers but they discnnct call. There r 15 families in my building with @airtelindia wifi. All of us planng to disconnct the service and try may b @JioCare. Its unbearble to c such a pathetic servce

  @airtelindia Technician 3 days daily fooling and today cancelled. This building has over 10 airtel connection and technician says not possible. He doesn't want to work and just fool. 80022 71565 technician number. Really so so poor service can't belief it is airtel

  @airtelindia Close my pending tickets urgently. I requested an Airtel Black transfer. Your app showed service available, but your engineer denied feasibility and left without closing the ticket. My subscription is still active. I'm not paying for a service you can't provide.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Service Request # 10989347126 No internet for 2 days. SR raised yesterday yet nobody attended. Worst service from Airtel Broadband. I think I'll switch back to @ACTBangalore
