I have ordered a d2h connection, Payment is successful from my bank side but the airtel site showed me the transaction failed.... I also got a customer id...... I tried to reach for help but nobody responded @airtelindia @AirtelD2h @Airtel_Presence

Airtel sucks. The call center doesn’t take your call and are rude. Their engineers doesn’t visit to solve issue and ask for happy code without even comin to you home. @airtelindia what happened to your zero issue campaign. Is this what your service is all about. @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia most pathetic services. My complain no. is 10091576194. I have taken xtreme fiber connection 2 days ago. Internet not working for the last 8 hours.They keep on saying my problem will resolve in 24 hours.I made advance payment of 6 months. Jio fiber is much better.

@airtelindia I've recieved the most pathetic service from you guys. I've paid and installed an Airtel Xtreme fibre 3 days ago and it doesn't work the engineer installed it in a wrong way and they are rescheduling the the service. Awful experience from airtel🤢 @Airtel_Presence
