    @airtelindia pathetic customer service. My xtreme fiber has not been working for 2 days and i have bought rs. 3000 worth extra data. Noone is rectifying it and i ak just getting sms that it will be corrected in next 4 hours. Pathetic

    Request no 132808042. Prematurely closing the complain without even contacting. Was promised 3 resolution times, still struggling to get a "prepaid" servise restored. Pathetic servise @airtelindia. Would not recommend XtremeFiber in #Patna. @Airtel_Presence #AirtelDown

    @airtelindia I lost a full business day because your internet service failed. Both my kids lost a day at school. I need an good reason why I should renew your subscription. And stop advertising like you are doing service to the mankind.
