    @TRAI @airtelindia worst customer support service. I want to add one connection but there is no proper response from executive and I have observed that they don't have enough knowledge.

    Loyalty should mean better support, not more frustration. Chatbots are fine for basics, but for real issues I need actual human help — not endless deflections. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia fix this for your premium customers. This black hole experience is disappointing.

    Think twice before apply for new services of @airtelindia broadband, I'm facing an issue since 4days and even escalated to nodel officer yet no one care about customer they just apologise and nothing.
