    @airtelindia you have crossed all limits of fairness in business. One - taking 2-2 charge for one connection and then customer is asking to discontinue services, not allowing him to disconnect. Shameless company, not to deal anytime.

    @airtelindia I only wanted to convert my existing DTH, Wi-Fi, and Postpaid connections into Airtel Black. Instead, your system generated a new DTH installation request. Customer care says they can't cancel it, emails get no response, and the service engineer tells me to call CS.

    Hello, I have raised complaint 11036408533 for my wifi internet issue, internet is not working since 10 days, I have called multiple times to customer care, they have assigned multiple service engineers and no response from any of them @airtelindia

    @airtelindia This is how you guys are doing fraud and scam with your customer. During postpaid connection nobody told me there is balance pending about anything of my past balance and after paying two months postpaid bill you guys stopped my services and asking for payment.
