  @airtelindia why you people free coupons with recharge offers , when they really don't work. Worst experience. Even the customer service, disconnect the call automatically when they have no solution for that.

  @airtelindia My Airtel Wi-Fi has been down since last night. I waited for 24 hours before even raising a complaint, and now I’m told that an engineer will contact me tomorrow night—another 24 hours later! Is this what Airtel calls a “response time”? Same on @AirtelServ30428

  @airtelindia,@Airtel_Presence My Wi-Fi is completely down since 22.08.2026 (8:45 PM). Almost 48 hours and no resolution yet! Every time I call customer care, the resolution time is pushed further, now to 26.08.2026. Complaint No: 13916308201 Please resolve this on high priority

  @pbhushan1 In fact @airtelindia has reduced its wi fi range as informed by their own people A few days ago I had requested for help because I wasn't getting signals in my room just 4 mtrs away from Modem The poor technician cdnt do anything Range hi reduce kar diya to kya karega bechara

  @airtelindia I have been using broadband for last 6 months. Hardly one day it goes greatbwoth network. Last 5 days, I complaint, even received a call, still waiting for for someone to visit. Bad service. Mobile broadband is pathetic, even postpaid.

  Thanks @airtelindia for quick resolution to my IPTV problem . Service at Chinchwad gaon (411033) is really good . Visited today morning to register complaint and it got resolved well before committed time .

  The transformer for the Jio tower in my area has completely failed; it only functions when there is a power supply, and otherwise the network does not work. We are all switching from @JioCare to Airtel by porting our numbers, as @airtelindia 's service and network are excellent.

  @airtelindia @airtelindia @airtelcare Your mobile network speed is worst after paying for unlimited 4G/5G. I have both Airtel mobile & WiFi connections. Raised this issue multiple times but no response. Escalate this ASAP or I will port out all connections. #Airtel #AirtelComplaint #Telecom
