Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i m not happy with the service. Inr 598 recharge is not activated till time. Which i did yesterdat alomst 20 hrs past.

I call your customer care @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia as I was not able to make calls.representative asked me to wait till 15th August to resolve the issue. And when I askd for a reason she kept repeating the date n no proper explanation. And finally she put on mute n hung up!

@airtelindia you have lost a customer.. there is no satisfactory resolution to the issue so far. 121 calls were being redirected to IVR just now I was able to connect to support person who asked if there is a SR. How to open a SR when you won't let us. SAD
