  @airtelindia UPDATE (1 hour after my previous post): Internet still DOWN. No response. Just dialed 011-44444121 and 011-44444198 —along with 121. NONE of them register option 2 for Wi-Fi query. Your IVR is completely broken and ignores valid inputs. You harass customers 50x a day for payments but can’t fix basic connectivity or your own support system? Fix this RIGHT NOW.
