Don't you see or act like donkey . If you can't solve , then first go to jio center and take training. Nonsense people

    I've ported to Airtel from BSNL. My SIM has got network but I am unable to make calls. Aslo the "class 0 message" is popping up like the hell since I've inserted sim card. @airtelindia @VittalGopal

    but many times faced issue of slow speed.And after that my 3rd rechrge done this month i am facing it continues. Its not working proprly. Can you be plz honest to provide the proper service as u provided me when i was new customer.Els let me go back to @airtelindia @reliancejio

    All the calls from vodafone to my airtel sim are not recived. The vodafone user who calls me gets an invalid call. Please give me a solution to this. I am very disturbed by this problem. i am already Complaint but you company not resolved my problem @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India I emailed your Customer Care and Nodal Gurugram Officer on 06 Jul 2026 requesting permanent disconnection of my Airtel Xstream Fiber connection. The connection has not been in use for the last 2–3 months, as it was installed only for CCTV, which is no longer operational. Despite my written request, I have not received any acknowledgement, Service Request (SR) number, or response. Kindly: • Process the permanent disconnection immediately. • Ensure no future bills are generated after my disconnection request. • Clarify the status of the Airtel UPS device (return/refund/ownership). A grievance has also been submitted with the appropriate telecom authority. Please resolve this matter at the earliest.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia In our village, the mobile tower has battery backup that lasts only 2-3 hours after electricity goes. Once that drains, the network dies completely for the rest of the day until power returns. Since power cuts we faced this issue often. please help

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why dont you change your name to airtel dont care. From yesterday pincode 313015 is having severe connectivity issue and none cares. You just keep increasing tarries with your third class services. People pls beware

    @airtelindia Very poor service.I applied for an AirFiber connection 10 days ago and paid ₹1,500 in advance, but the connection is still not installed. There has been no proper follow-up, customer support is unresponsive, and I haven't received a refund either. #airtelscam

    Never seen such bad service as @airtelindia They convert 8 postpad connection in airtel one account while i have family plan of 4 connection and shows 8 connection in airtel app, while all this create for airtel wifi connection and i am waiting for installation since saturday

    @reliancejio @JioCare no response yet, this is the level of service expected from you guys. Internet is sort of necessity currently under heavy rain circumstances in Pune. And noone from the teams seems to have any solution this small req. Time to switch to @airtelindia
