    Got the worst experience ever From @airtelindia after booking a fiber connection yesterday. Agent told that connection will be done before 01:00 PM at the Time of Booking after booking i have tried to call him but his phone is switched off and evan no response from customer care.

When I am trying to contact customer care it’s saying we are updating system and call is getting cut. How the hell your service is? Why i should pay for next month when i want to discontinue it because of **** internet.

    @airtelindia Absolutely pathetic service from Airtel. Raised a broadband shifting request on 29/06, and as of 02/07 there's still no update. The Airtel Thanks app doesn't even let me cancel the request, and customer support has been completely useless, just scripted(1/2)

    @JioCare 3 DAYS INTERENET NOT WORKING (JIOFIBER) SCHEDULED ENGINEER VISIT FOR 4 PM. THEY GUYS DINT TURN UP. GAVE 9 PM TIME. THEY DINT TURN UP. ITS TIME TO SWITCH TO @airtelindia. cALLCENTER ASSURED US PROPER SERVICE. NOW EVEN CALLS WILL NOT GO THROUGH
