@Airtel_Presence Bill with correction in due date is still not available on Airtel thanks App. @airtelindia @airtelnews. I could see due date is still 16 May for statement period 5 Apr to 4 May. You may send me complaint no, as your representative on call shown their incompetency to provide same

Hi I get recharge done every month from the prepaid plan issued by you. But my complaint is that if we recharge for 1 month then 28 days validity, 56 days for 2 months, 77 days for 3 months. Why is the validity not covered for the entire month as per the recharge? @airtelindia

Jio is providing better service. Same problem faced by my neighbour but jio customer service people resolved the issue within 3 hour. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia first learn how to serve customers. Taking 3 days for resolving small issues . hopeless service
