@airtelindia unethical practices adopted by you. Whenever your technician visits for addressing any complaints, they cut the cable of other operators. It creates problems to others.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you’ve one of the worst customer service depts. 1. Takes forever to connect. 2. I sent a port out req and your customer service exec called to ask the reason. He did not listen to my reason, instead kept blabbering in a very rude voice fyi. Ugh!

@TRAI please do look into @airtelindia claim of "zero complaint". Its all a big scam and false advertising. Most of the time they do not even register SR and even if they do, they will close as "Resolved" without resolving the issue. @Airtel_Presence
