Dear @airtelindia I have a simple request to shift my Tv from my one location to another. This option is not on the app, when I call helpline I went through the entire 7-8 minutes but could find that option, it says to use the app there is no human call support. Kindly assist.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you’ve one of the worst customer service depts. 1. Takes forever to connect. 2. I sent a port out req and your customer service exec called to ask the reason. He did not listen to my reason, instead kept blabbering in a very rude voice fyi. Ugh!

@amitbhawani @airtelindia Airtel when it's good , it's very good. When it's bad , it's worst. One time I wanted to port my sim. The Airtel guy used "Jio 4g" for the online process apparently. The network connectivity was so bad that even airtel employees used jio and mind you it was a buisness area
