@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you’ve one of the worst customer service depts. 1. Takes forever to connect. 2. I sent a port out req and your customer service exec called to ask the reason. He did not listen to my reason, instead kept blabbering in a very rude voice fyi. Ugh!

Dear @airtelindia I have a simple request to shift my Tv from my one location to another. This option is not on the app, when I call helpline I went through the entire 7-8 minutes but could find that option, it says to use the app there is no human call support. Kindly assist.

@airtelindia Airtel DTH is totally frod, when we by DTH connection they says, amount 1500/- is security deposit again Xtreme box, but at time of deactivation they never give you refund. Also they come up with new policy and says you are not eligible for refund.
