    @airtelindia one of the warst customer service. Complaint raised on 4 Feb 2022 was closed without giving complete resolution so same was re-opened of 16th Feb 2022 but yet to receive resolution for @ airtel team

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence senior's doesn't know what happening in store and what kind of people they are hiring only increasing number is not growth good customer service and resolutions is most important they don't have even grooming standard very bad experience

    @reliancejio @JioCare : The most ridiculous eSIM transfer service in this world. I am forced to keep my old phone just to cope up with your inefficiency. The same process took 10 mins for @airtelindia This deserves a PIL in court of law since I will loose sales value of old phone

    25 days and counting & there’s no response from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence on my query. Not even a call back! This’s where decline starts, the beginning of the end. U feel so invincible that u think u can run even without any customer!!!

    @Airtel_Presence Don't you send me Bill, although there are errors in bills, by you must have address.@airtelindia Why do you spend time by requesting details one by one instead in single request ? Is it your strategy to harras customer ? Instead of improving your network ?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what is wrong with your service lately? It’s been more than 10 days. Internet keeps disconnecting randomly throughout the day! What’s the point of having 4G speed if it keeps disconnecting! :/ already raised a complaint for this twice. So frustrating

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Nice way of harassing customers by calling from various number for new schemes on which DND Is activated. First give proper range and proper connectivity to the customers and solve there network issue🤨 @reliancejio is the only option now🤨

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My dad using this no. 9222192993 also they recharge multiple times on this number now our balance of Rs. 178.45/- were have been checked thereafter still service won't be working. They won't be make call or receive any calls from anyone. Do Needful

    @airtelindia i face network issue since two months many complain raised but issue not resolved yet. Kya yahi hai @true5G , @airtelnews inko jra bhi customer ka parbah nahi hai. Internet to fir bhi door ki baat hai normal voice call bhi nahi ho pati hai.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence,@airtelindia visited the Airtel Store at Laxmi Nagar to port my Jio number to Airtel prepaid. The staff refused my port request and said I must open an Airtel Payments Bank account with a ₹199 deposit to get a SIM. Kindly look into this and help. Thank you.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews my Airtel Xstream Fiber has been down since yesterday. Customer care keeps saying it's an "area outage" and keeps extending the ETA. However, nearby Airtel connections are working fine.

    Hi @Airtel_Presence, my Xstream Fiber is on ₹499/40Mbps Unlimited plan but actual speed is ~10 KB/s - barely usable. In-app diagnosis, optimise & complaint options all loop to the same bot reply with no fix. Please escalate to a technician urgently. @airtelindia

    This issue has continued for months despite repeated complaints. Having a tower nearby but still facing poor network coverage is unacceptable. Please conduct a technical inspection of the tower serving PIN 416230 and provide a permanent solution. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
