I saw 4% discount banner during recharge but you deducted full amount(scam)

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had recently switched to Airtel via MNP. Outgoing works. Incoming says "Dialled number doesn't exist". Tried calling 59059. Says "Dialled number doesn't exist". Resolve my issue ASAP.
