    @airtelindia Called customer care 6-7 times, everything i have been told to wait for another few hours. Just because the connection engineer is about to come, I was sitting home to wait for them leaving my other work stuff.

    My @airtelindia WiFi is not working I tried everything to register a complaint and get a technician to my home but the ****** ui tries to fix ut itself but at the end it couldn’t . Why I’m paying you when you can’t simply connect me directly with technical. Bullshit

    No internet since morning, and @airtelindia is only giving excuses—no resolution or restoration timeline. Today is the statutory due date for depositing TDS. If we cannot make the payment on time, the interest liability could run into lakhs. Who will bear this loss?     @airtelindia I am facing pathetic experience for IPTV service yet to be installed, post payment 1 month ago and multiple reach-outs via customer care, emails and calling service technicians. This is not going anywhere, looks like money drained to blackhole ?
