    worst then ever experience in @airtelindia it’s preventing to sending sms with minimum recharge plan. they forced customer to recharge with unlimited to allow sending sms @TRAI

    @airtelindia Xtream Fiber doesn't work 6 out of 7 days of the week. What makes the situation worse for someone WFH like me is I do not even get the ETA of the resolution, moreover, Tech assigned marks the service request as Resolved on his own without even visiting. @Airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia In the past 5 months since I have installed airtel fiber, there is atleast 2 days downtime every in every 7-15 days. And then they ask us to pay it in advance for 3 months so that we can't change it in between and switch to a better Service provider.

    @reliancejio JIO's unlimited prepaid plans remain considerate of customer support numbers. Unlike @airtelindia who want extra recharge from me to call my banking and CC support numbers or else they don't connect the call, forcing me to port an 11 year old number.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews My Airtel sim suddenly got out of service. I don't know what's going on. The sim card's presence is just fluctuating. Sometimes it's showing sim card is there and few seconds later shows the sim card isn't present. Plzz help🙏🏻🙏🏻
