    Looks like @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence should have their license terminated by @TRAI . Unreasonable downtime and unacceptable resolution TAT of 4 hours for Xtreme fibre. Cannot even reach out to customer care as ivr is designed in a way to not connect to support person

    @airtelindia got the bills of Rs 2988/- month and on enquiry found 3 international calls , which never done from handset. Raised to send detail bill at customer care but not received said bills today also. Outgoing bar on said number.

    Jio service soo bad that pineapple pizza is better. I've been following up with jio to cancel my amazon subscription since almost a week but instead they have just stopped my outgoing ;seriously considering to port to @airtelindia or @vodafone It's a bummer @JioCare

    A really pathetic customer care experience #Airtel I wanted to raise a compliant for 3 hrs but of no avail. While selling Airtel black there was big talk @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . I subscribed dth with 371 + 15 channels but none is enabled even if every month I am paying.
