    25 days and counting & there’s no response from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence on my query. Not even a call back! This’s where decline starts, the beginning of the end. U feel so invincible that u think u can run even without any customer!!!

    @airtelindia My wife's WhatsApp is hacked. Had blocked the services of that Airtel number but still the hacker has access of the same WhatsApp number. Kindly guide us with the same with reference to closing the WhatsApp account. SR#4WST20221109819819813 complaint no.

    @airtelindia Trying to connect with Customer support from last 30mins,I have recharged ₹128 through my Airtel App & the service is not working, sms received to recharge the unlimited pack, Why unlimited pack is compulsory & what is a use of all other packs.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews you claim to be fastest 4G networks.. But I am Dissapointed with the service.. Facing network issue and internet issue from long time.. Internet connectivity is lost in between and also facing call drops. Hope you resolve this.

    @airtelindia Got WiFi on 11th March, but it barely works. You take payment first but don’t provide proper service. Constant red light issue—hardly worked 10 days. Complaints take 3 days, and it breaks again next day. This is unacceptable. Fix it permanently. 😠😡

    @airtelindia I had bought a wifi extender/mesh from Airtel thanks app on 21st of March, 2026. It was cancelled on 23rd of March,2026. It has been more than a month and I have still not received my refund of 500/- even after multiple online and offline complaints. Please help.

    @airtelindia your AI chatbot is of no use. I tried to chat with your support agent but the chatbot is keep on bringing me to the main menu. If your nonsense chatbot is not able to understand the user's query then it should redirect the chat to human agent. Don't harash the user.
