Dear @airtelindia a very humble request please help me with my wifi connection. In every month or a two I file the same complaint regarding the speed. First a you sell a connection with false promise & the don't even deliver the speed. I am just stuck up with this.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You guys are the worst... if Shitty cell coverage wasn't enough that you guys had the audacity to add those stupid stupid audio messages in begining of the call... People have urgent things to communicate over the phone which are time critical.

@airtelindia dth service is cheating with customers. In new connection, where societies common dish is installed, they didn't provide personal dish, whereas package v purchased includes that cost. Now on relocation to other area, they are charging separately for personal dish.

@BSNLCorporate Kha hai Bhai ye ??? Every time there is rain there is downtime. No network for for past 6 hours then what's the difference between 4G and dwindling FTTH? where is the reliability? It is repeatedly happening. Fed off shifting to @airtelindia FTTH Bokaro, better price than yours.
