Really poor experience of using @JioCare … multiple disconnections almost after every few days. Finally decided to disconnect it permanently and get my advance payment refunded. Will switch back to @airtelindia broadband (even though I don’t have their fiber in my locality yet)

@airtelindia @airtelcare i want to surrender my airtel digital set top box but your executive denied for a refund of 1500. He tweaked me with multiple reasons but at the time of purchase airtel did not stated any such reasons. So being a loyal customer of airtel I feel #cheated
