    @airtelindia we have a broadband connection with you in our office, it is one of the worst service ever. The network drops every 30 mins or so and all the work goes for a toss. Being in the generation where everything is online, Airtel is degrading it's service day by day.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 3 cust care calls 3 issue ref. nos. and 3 assurances from care rep. in last 12 days and my DTH issue still remains unattended. So much for airtel black luxury and yes the wait time on black cust care has gone to 2 minutes from 1 during this time. FYI
