They slapped a bill of more than INR 9k for data usage which they themselves had mentioned was free under some BS campaign of theirs. Extremely unreliable and poor service. MNP'd my numbers as soon as I could.

Raise a complaint → technician comes → says "can't fix it, please share OTP" → raise another complaint → repeat. And when you're finally done and want to cancel?
