    @airtelindia I wanted to exchange a sim at tagged location and guess what for a payment of ₹ 50 they don't have online payment support now m loitering around with a upi begging for a 50 currency note. It's funny you charge so high only to give such a pathetic service 🙄

    Hey Kind you help. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Mistakenly, I recharged my airtel dth with invalid customer ID. Invalid ( additionally I added 001 after main customer ID, as it shows in Airtel Thanks App ) Money Deducted. Payzapp Showing its merchant side problem. help.

    @TRAI, After tired of @VodafoneIN network, finally I moved to @airtelindia and also paid extra for premium number, but still after 48 hrs sim is not activated. And both companies claims themselves #1, After seeing all this I see bright future of @reliancejio, congrats in advance.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #airtelbroadband it's been more that 1.5 years that I have raised a request to disconnect the broadband connection. You have to refund the security amount and still I am waiting for that. Waiting for ur fast resolution.

    @airtelindia really poor Customer Service from your end, 48+ hours since the issue is faced, multiple calls to Customer Care and emails but no response over emails nor received any satisfied answer from CSR. Your feature of callback from CSR is a total bluff these days.

    @Saurabh_Pinch @reliancejio True, It's not just Jio. Switched from Jio to @airtelindia, hoping for better service, but call drops and network issues are almost the same. Also I paid ₹50 in advance for DTH services 2 years ago, and still no update. Indian telecom needs serious improvement.

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, why is my 5G network secretly draining my daily 2GB 4G pack? Hit the 300GB FUP and now even though my phone shows 5G connection and hits 400Mbps, my 4G quota is being eaten up. Completely stranded with no internet. Look into this ASAP

    @airtelindia It has been 1 day and my phone is showing "No Service." Forget about 5G,even 2G is not working. It seems you are only focused on earning money from users while providing no service at all. Whether the service quality is poor or not is a secondary issue—the network is completely 0
