    Called @JioCare @reliancejio to explain the problem but they showed no interest no intent to solve or understand. Pure laziness and carelessness by @JioCare forcing people to switch back to @airtelindia or @VodafoneIN which offer excellent network and superior customer service

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worstest Service Center : Airtel Store, Sec-11, Gandhinagar.They had lost my SIM during live registration. Now I will have to go there and collect the sim. Irresponsible! Worst! Bogus! go and Check google reviews and upgrade staff over there.

    @Capt_Armstrong @airtelindia @S_BhartiMittal I took them to consumer court. They slapped a bill of more than INR 9k for data usage which they themselves had mentioned was free under some BS campaign of theirs. Extremely unreliable and poor service. MNP'd my numbers as soon as I could.

    @airtelindia I wanted to exchange a sim at tagged location and guess what for a payment of ₹ 50 they don't have online payment support now m loitering around with a upi begging for a 50 currency note. It's funny you charge so high only to give such a pathetic service 🙄

    @airtelindia I want to discontinue airtel. Every sunday the wifi is down in satara and there is no person to help nor do i get the required speed please guide as to how to discontinue as internet is required for every basic need now and this is very unreliable.
