    @airtelindia I am using airtel ntwrk since a long time bt was never disappointed bt this time since two weeks my netwrk is nt at all working if I am not using my wifi the data netwrk is also not working moreover I am trying to connect with customer care but can't get that also..

    @airtelindia agent said since I bought the device online the system is not able to verify the IMEI number. It's been a week, and since it was not working the agent recharged the same number for 1.5/day for 27 days using the same amount paid previously.

    Now the question is why they sent salesperson to my area if they don't have line ready..I have paid them 1502rs 2months back.. today after almost 2months I got refund of 2rs...this is a cheating with your customer and I am going to take legal action. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence Today received a dm saying that necessary action has been done and adjustments against incorrect billing done, so far we have not received anything on email, pls chk and help, it has been weeks now @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
