    @airtelindia As you have requested I have waited for 8 working days, still with all respect I am waiting for update, expecting 1% of customer service you promised while taking post paid connection, even you can say sorry we were not able to solve the issue.

    @airtelindia recently I changed my number from prepaid to postpaid and today I got internet upload speed 0Mbps and download speed 1.39Mbps When I raised complaint resolution time is 8 days, given current work from home situation I am completely shocked with resolution time 1/3

    @airtelindia Mr. Sunil Mittal, My Wi-Fi no. 03310188024_dsl Since last 5 days, i am trying in customer call centre/ following up/ calling to local executive Mr. Kaustav Bhattacharya, yet the Wi-Fi shifting in same building from 21st floor in Tower 7, Urbana is not yet done.

    @TinyDhillon @airtelindia It's called monopoly.... In tele market only two big player JIO and AIRTEL. Both are only looting to customer on the name of better service but in reality nothing they are doing. TRAI also not took a hard steps against them .
