    @Airtel_Presence 3rd August- 11:27 am Still now found no improvements,still network is low. Out of 5 calls,3 to 4 calls are dropping. Helpless...😓 #TRAI #airtelindia #airtelthanks.

    @airtelindia As you have requested I have waited for 8 working days, still with all respect I am waiting for update, expecting 1% of customer service you promised while taking post paid connection, even you can say sorry we were not able to solve the issue.

    @airtelindia recently I changed my number from prepaid to postpaid and today I got internet upload speed 0Mbps and download speed 1.39Mbps When I raised complaint resolution time is 8 days, given current work from home situation I am completely shocked with resolution time 1/3

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel Fiber is completely down. The fiber cable is properly connected, but the router shows a red LOS light. Request No: 11031456197. A 24-hour resolution timeline is too long for a complete outage impacting my work.Escalating it for urgent support.

    @airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio theres something wrong since Airtel Priority is launched. At one time either of the two network will be available. Both seems mutually exclusive now

    @ChristinMP_ @JM_Scindia @airtelindia Airtel Bangalore is taking more than 48hrs to rectify a Wi-Fi complaint raised vide 08016781831_wifi. Engineer was supposed to attend to the complaint on 29th May 2026. Engineer doesn’t pickup the call from customer or the call centre.
