    @airtelindia As you have requested I have waited for 8 working days, still with all respect I am waiting for update, expecting 1% of customer service you promised while taking post paid connection, even you can say sorry we were not able to solve the issue.

    @airtelindia recently I changed my number from prepaid to postpaid and today I got internet upload speed 0Mbps and download speed 1.39Mbps When I raised complaint resolution time is 8 days, given current work from home situation I am completely shocked with resolution time 1/3

    @airtelindia faced really bad customer services while shifting a wifi connection from one city to another. Not keeping the commitments, rescheduling jobs etc etc. I never thought that service provider like airtel would do that

    @airtelindia Please help me out..!! With my WiFi request.. it’s been more than 15 days and still the connection is not yet done and the installation person told there is no WiFi coverage in your location and told me to cancel and I have tried contacting the service provider +1

    Since the last 5 days, my broadband internet has not been working. Despite multiple calls to customer care, I have not received any proper response or resolution. Even on Twitter, I am only receiving formal replies without any actual support. @airtelindia
