@airtelindia As you have requested I have waited for 8 working days, still with all respect I am waiting for update, expecting 1% of customer service you promised while taking post paid connection, even you can say sorry we were not able to solve the issue.

@airtelindia recently I changed my number from prepaid to postpaid and today I got internet upload speed 0Mbps and download speed 1.39Mbps When I raised complaint resolution time is 8 days, given current work from home situation I am completely shocked with resolution time 1/3

Waiting for the day when I will be able to take call inside my home. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Everytime, I have to run to the balcony to get an OTP and call people. It's terrible. Once the pandemic is over, have to move on to other networks.
