  @airtelindia service in Goregaon Mumbai goes down continuously, it’s pathetic ILL and Broadband service in the east area and don’t know what to do, it’s down continuously and no improvement happening. Such shameful.

  Airtel cannot fix an issue for 6 years , i was once with Airtel back in 2020 and i have shared this via their Dm’s and this is what they responded and after 6 years the issue is still the same , a just born kid learns to clean his **** in 6 years .   @Airtel_Presence Still no action by @airtelindia. Since visit of technician on 23rd Jul, there is no response or service call. @airtelindia sent the wrong technician for shifting, thereafter to reassign the task to a technician has taken two weeks, even after talking to customer service no action
