Airtel customer care agents need to be trained how to talk to customers. Absolutely awful way of handling customers on top of inconsistent quality. Makes you want to look for alternatives @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Thanks, @airtelindia ; the reason for the problem was that Airtel does not support VoLTE on my handset. I have a Google Pixel. I switched to another service provider on the same number, and now VoLTE is supported and IMS registered as well.

@airtelindia what a mistake it was to choose you as my broadband provider - services have gone from BAD TO WORSE !!!! You SUCK unfortunately - not much better at voice calls either - I’m stuck with you after porting !!!! Waiting to BREAK FREE back to VODAFONE

@airtelindia i talked to Mr. Dinesh Munjal , head of panipat . Sameer Sahani head 0f haryana. Talked to Every possible department but they all didn't resolve my issue, and the local technician Rohit Rana called him 200 times he didn't take our calls,
