    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Poor service! It's been 2 days since I paid for the broadband connection. There's no update from your side. Your executives or managers are not even picking up the calls now. No revert to the text messages as well. People are working from home!!

    This is really worst thing from @airtelindia that I got a problem where I m not being able to call to special numbers like chargable customer care since 11th Jan and no solution till now. Shame that every time you ask for 24 to 72 hours time and no one cares @Airtel_Presence
