    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Acct No:20004495735,Here is my issue, I bought new Airtel fiber connection of 699 package on August 11th, 2022 by pay the amount of rs1501.18. As part of this connection, I was offered both broadband connection and DTH connection.(1/3)

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Acct No:20004495735, But there was no need of DTH connection. So I spoke with Airtel customer care and I was told to cancel the connection and asked to go for new connection with only broadband connection by customer care executive(2/3)
