@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence recently I converted my number from postpaid to prepaid. After conversion I did the recharge of ₹219 for 28 days and next day ₹456 for 60 days so that I need not to remember the expiry date of pack and it should work for 88 days without any issue

Dear @airtelindia what is this nonsense Everytime my recharge is near, after every call end my networks goes directly to 4G to 2G. It's a huge issue please resolve this...this is frustrating.

@airtelindia last one week, my data speed being very slow. Not able to work properly please help me. I tried calling to 198 . It is waste of time. And seems opening a ticket is just a formality.
