  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This exact issue was previously investigated by Airtel under SR CPUTD3CHD20260228409692. After repeated complaints, it was fixed and Unlimited 5G worked normally for around 3 months. Now the SAME issue has returned.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - Ordered International Roaming by mistake. User Interface is incredibly poor. Chances of accidentally enabling is very very high. No way to cancel this. Tried Airtel Thanks App, tried calling 9910099100. Extremely frustrating. Please advise asap.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Stranded in Dubai. Phone battery fully discharged, and upon reboot, my Airtel eSIM is stuck on "No Service". Local network briefly shows 1 bar and then drops. Tried WhatsApp/Thanks app support, but bots are looping. I have an active 1-year IR pack.

  @airtelindia @airtelnews The wifi at my house is down for 4 days now! The engineers keep changing every hour, but absolutely no one has showed up at my home to fix this. Everytime I call them, they schedule a time but never show up! Is this a joke? Request 11038810606

  @airtelindia I bought international roaming pack which is active on my number. I am unable to connect to any network, I have been trying for assistance on Airtel Cha for last 3 hours and waiting time is always long and after waiting for 15 minutes, it says retry. Pathetic Service

  @airtelindia I have been assigned agent 7 times before the assigned time it gets moved again. this is how you scam people? Work order is getting assigned reassigned without any resolution..should i keep sitting at home waiting when the agent will arrive?

  @Karunak82408927 @airtelindia @TRAI Their wifi is horrible. Every month for 3-5 days it stays off citing technical difficulties. Take the refund. Better to go for some local service provider.
