Its been 3 months since i lost my sim. Jio still didn’t restore the service. @JioCare has the worst customer service. I have emailed 40 times and called customer service 50 times. I think i need to switch to @airtelindia. @Airtel_Presence Let me know the process.

I try to contact airtel support for my wifi connectivity issue from morning. - I raised complaint to airtel thanks app but no action is taken yet. - I called on customer support number 121 , no one picked up the call. - I even dm @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence with issue.
