But my complaint is that if we recharge for 1 month then 28 days validity, 56 days for 2 months, 77 days for 3 months. No calls, no data, nothing. For a company that claims strong coverage, this is completely unacceptable. People depend on your network for daily communication and work, and right now it’s a total blackout. Fix this immediately. Stop the empty promises and ensure basic connectivity where customers are actually paying for your service.
