    Looks like @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence should have their license terminated by @TRAI . Unreasonable downtime and unacceptable resolution TAT of 4 hours for Xtreme fibre. Cannot even reach out to customer care as ivr is designed in a way to not connect to support person

    Why there is zero network of @airtelindia in Bombay Hospital, Mumbai? Please don't ask location, the hospital itself is a landmark. It is creating additional trouble to Drs, patients and their attendants. Please do something @Airtel_Presence. FYI VodaIdea is working fine inside.

    Seriously? Talk-time-only top-ups for basic phones are gone. This feels like a huge scam that completely ignores TRAI's regulations. And to top it off, there's no way to speak to a real person for customer service. Unacceptable! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Was about to port to Vodafone due to poor @AirtelIndia network. @Airtel_Presence told me the issue will be fixed if I cancel the port. Trusted them and cancelled. Now nothing is fixed. Stop fooling customers! @ViCustomerCare
