    Looks like @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence should have their license terminated by @TRAI . Unreasonable downtime and unacceptable resolution TAT of 4 hours for Xtreme fibre. Cannot even reach out to customer care as ivr is designed in a way to not connect to support person

    @airtelindia leading telecom company with pathetic service worst internet speed but airtel don't give a f₩₩₩. But they want to launch 5g, 3g isn't working at 100% efficiency but customers lured to buy 5g phone

    @airtelindia call drops, irritating noise while call gets connectivity, slowest internet speed. The list of complaints doesn't end and company doesn't care at all @DoT_India despite many tweets regarding slow net speed, never received any call. This shows how much they care

    @airtelindia 12 days. TWELVE. And my issue since 31st March is still unresolved. Here’s everything I’ve done on YOUR instructions: Called 121 eight to nine times Got my SIM reset TWICE Updated to the latest iOS Converted to eSIM result was absolutely nothing!!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel number 8003851689 is not working. Outgoing calls are blocked and incoming says “temporarily out of service” despite active recharge. This is very urgent. Please check if there is any issue or KYC issue and resolve immediately.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Unlimited 5G not working on my number. I’m getting ~400 Mbps on 5G but data stops after 2GB and speed drops to 1 Mbps. This started 4 days ago.Already contacted multiple times but no resolution. Please fix backend 5G provisioning issue urgently.

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Such rubbish fraud local engineer airtel has. 15 days ago I registered an airfiber and paid 400 charge but after the local engineer did connect with us and told us here is no stock of the box.amd now I again booked a new box with a new mobile number facing the same problem.😞
