    On my way from Surat to Mumbai by road. @airtelindia network has become so much worse over the years, not just in the city but also on the highways. What #SunilMittal said is absolutely right, only 2 big telecom players is not a good thing for the country at all.

    @airtelindia visited Kharghar sector 4 gallery to get an esim. The agent left the desk without attending my case and only one associate left saying she doesn’t know how to support. Called customer service but got pathetic response. What a pathetic service. Please address.

    @airtelindia I am using airtel no. Since 2014. I am living in National capital. I am facing so much network failure from last 10 days. There is no 5G coverage in delhi from 10 days. They are fooling coustomers in the name of 5G. In real they are providing 3G or 4G now.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel Being a Airtel Black Customer ( ID 04027334474) I have requested for shifting of Wi-Fi and DishTV from Hyderabad to Kolkata way back in 23.05.2026 I received message as under : Hi Shams Tabrez, we tried contacting you regarding your request (No.- 10950411788) to shift your Airtel Wi-Fi (ID- 04027334474_wifi). We regret to inform you that your area is currently not feasible. Therefore, we will be closing the request raised by you. For additional assistance, please contact us at 121. It is strange that Airtel is not able to provide Services of Wi-Fi and DTH at Alipore, Kolkata. Airtel need to work on putting up optics fibre or Booster to make connectivity and services available.

    Disappointed with @airtelindia. Loyal customer for 7+ years, recently moved to postpaid. Now my 4G/5G barely works (abysmal speed). Raised a complaint on 27th, only to find out today it was secretly CLOSED with zero SMS or resolution. Unacceptable service! @Airtel_Presence
