    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia companies just want to add numbes to their subscribers list. They are least bothered about servicing existing customers. For new connection they provide prompt doorstep service but for SIM replacment you need to visit the store. God help existing cus

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have airtel broadband at home. The connectivity is poor and it doesnt work atleast three days in a week. If you cant give a permanent fix please let me know so that i can change to another providers. Have complaint multiple times at local people.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia if one wants new SIM it's delivered at your doorstep. And if you want to replace your SIM you need to visit the store. Existing customers are less important to telecom companies. Discrimination is what you get for being loyal customer for years

    Dear @airtelindia I have recharged my wifi 4 days ago and still wifi is not working. I am tired of providing details to ur agents. They just call and ask details and do nothing about it. Moreover, this has happened for 3rd time in a row. Really Disappointed with experience!!!
