    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence At 12:15 AM today my airtel network disappered abruptly and there is no signal since 1 hour in my phone. My phone is fine it's network issue. Kindly fix it immediately. Are we really in 5G era?

Even election votes across 5 states get counted in a day, but you still can’t figure out my data usage mismatch Stop stalling and give a clear answer. This delay just makes it look like you’re avoiding the issue. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I applied for Airtel Xstream Fiber. The installation person asked for my location, but now they keep saying “we’ll come tomorrow” again and again. If there are so many issues during installation, I’m worried about what will happen later

    @airtelindia I've gotten these messages over 10 times this past month & WiFi drops off for hours in the middle of working days: "There is an issue affecting Airtel Wi-Fi in your area. We know you rely on it every day, we are working to bring it back in the next 5-6 hrs." Fix it.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have been tweeting and DMing since yesterday, but your team is only providing scripted 'Check DM' responses. My call forwarding service has been blocked for 15 days on number 8051660002. ​Deepak B promised a callback in DM, but I am still waiting!

    Airtel Fiber installed today morning. Technician said activation will take 2 hours due to backend issue and promised to return. Still no activation and no response to calls. If this is the service during installation, how will support be later? Worst experience. @airtelindia

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia and I should “adjust” or surrender the connection. Is this the level of service expected from a reputed company like Airtel? I’m paying for both WiFi & TV services, yet I can neither work from home nor watch TV properly. This is unacceptable.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia I have moved from Gurgaon to Pune & accordingly raised a request to shift my wifi connection to Pune on 1st May (request id 10926299883). I have no resolution till today even after 7 days! Glaring example of pathetic customer service. I have raised other requests fir poor network connectivity without any resolution ( request id 31-1000013507129 & 311000013413514). Being a airtel black customer, I expected much better, probably I am wrong by putting all my eggs in one basket or I should port to another service provider. I raised a request for a new connection & immediately was c9ntacted by airtel team but as an existing customer no one is ready to provide a resolution. Looks like it's time to move to a service provider who takes better care of their customers (hopefully ).

    @JioCare Internet connectivity on my jio fiber connection 05223143124 is not working properly despite the router showing stable green. No one is responding on customer care number. Pathetic service! Should I switch to @airtelindia ?
