@airtelindia I have used Jio sim for 3 years and last month I have ported from Jio to airtel postpaid..On 23 march , i have availed 5g unlimited data offer but it was stopped on next billing on 1st April 2023. Then I called customer care, they told me that I have to redeem.

Poor & pathetic service by @airtelindia I have ported into Airtel about 2 months ago, two days ago I have raised complaint regarding network connectivity issue & to my surprise the issue is not resolved yet but additional my SMS services have been barred.

@AshwiniVaishnaw Ji. My personal no 9246297747 with Airtel was disconnected without any reason in 3/30. Airtel staff do not know reasons says it is per DOT. As number is arbitrarily disconnected, I have lost all my access. Request your help to restore my number @airtelindia
