    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence At 12:15 AM today my airtel network disappered abruptly and there is no signal since 1 hour in my phone. My phone is fine it's network issue. Kindly fix it immediately. Are we really in 5G era?

    Really regret porting from Jio. @airtelindia, you have 24 hours to consolidate our lines to the 1199 plan and fix the IPTV before I file a formal case with the Consumer Forum (NCH) and TRAI. Stop ignoring your customers.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews worst customer experience. When having a new connection you send your tech person within 30 mins to the location. But when it comes to any issues it takes ages to solve the issue. Ticket# 11028381162

    New SIM activated today but SIM card and have already paid ₹350 for a recharge. However, the recharge has not come my recharge, and I am currently unable to make calls or use any network services. please check this and activate my full network service immediately @airtelindia

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why we have to pay the monthly charges if you are not providing services. In a single month you have 20-25 technical issues with lot of service disruptions. our work is completely hampered due to this ( 0271710487716_dsl).

    @airtelindia Worst service I’ve ever experienced. My Airtel Black hasn’t been working for the past 2 weeks. Neither the service center nor customer care has provided any support. I finally decided to discontinue the service.

    This is the reality of Reliance Jio service: Recharged → shifted home in 3 days → waited 7+ days for relocation → no installation Result? Full month recharge wasted because of your delay. Cancelled and switched to @airtelindia fiber. @JioCare #WorstService #Jio
