@TRAI @airtelindia @airtelnews I again made a call, and they told me that a techician will come but no one visited my place. I made a call to airtel again and told them that since their internet is not working at all I want to disconnect my connection and want to have my refund.

I have raised multiple requests with airtel regarding major discrepancies in my bill for this month but have received no response. I am not going to pay anything extra over the actual bill. I did not expect such bad customer service from Airtel. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence I demand a guarantee that internet will never be down again. Else you have to refund entirely. I am still unable to login to work. Such a frustrating provider you are. @JioCare please start service in our area. @airtelindia sucks at Fiber 🥺.
