The IVR keeps looping, the chatbot doesn't let me raise a service request, and there's no way to talk to a human. I've even reached out to the area manager in Whitefield, but the issue is still unresolved.

Atul Gupta (@atulbony) reported@airtelindia Your app deducted the amount twice due to a bug. Support claimed there's no refund policy in such case. Even after escalating to the appellate, only partial amount refunded. After 10+ followups, the complaint is still pending and now you've raised a 1226
