So @airtelindia claim they have the largest network in India and they also claim they have better 4g connectivity in terms of speed.but it's a big lie, they have the largest network i agree but their 4g network is not that great and customer care is horrible.@Airtel_Presence

From past 3-4 days we don't have proper network service in our area by @airtelindia. Many of us have #Airtel users & some of @reliancejio user & they're happy with they're service. Dear @airtelindia please help the area with proper network service. Thank U.

@Airtel_Presence I placed a request for porting 20 days ago and your assigned representative has still not showed up. Everytime I call him, he says he'll come in 2-3 hours, but never showed up till date. This is really poor service. Very disappointing. @airtelindia
