    So @airtelindia claim they have the largest network in India and they also claim they have better 4g connectivity in terms of speed.but it's a big lie, they have the largest network i agree but their 4g network is not that great and customer care is horrible.@Airtel_Presence

    From past 3-4 days we don't have proper network service in our area by @airtelindia. Many of us have #Airtel users & some of @reliancejio user & they're happy with they're service. Dear @airtelindia please help the area with proper network service. Thank U.

    My airtel air fiber is not working from last 6 days and even my cell phone also not giving 5G internet connection, not sure any alert mechanism are there or not but seems something wrong with local tower all family 5G is not working. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The network coverage in my area is extremely poor. Frequent call drops, weak signal, and very slow internet have become a daily problem. Despite being a loyal customer, the service quality is disappointing. If this issue is not resolved soon, 1/2

    @SunilBhartiMitl @airtelindia @airtelnews Shocking and pathetic service from Airtel Xstream Fiber in New Delhi ncr new mangalapuri ,sultanpur,110030.internet has been down for the last 2 days and Airtel has taken no serious action yet. No callback, no visit, and field engineer.

    .@AirtelIndia @Airtel_Presence xtremely disappointed wid ur service! Airtel Black Digital TV (ID: 10101021479476) has bn facing issues & requesting a technician visit via the Airtel app is IMPOSSIBLE. The app only loops you in2 a chatbot that gives NO complaint no. & 0 follow up

    Broadband down for 2 days. Multiple commitments from Airtel(11 AM, 6 PM, 8 PM) but not a single technician visit or callback.Even supervisors are unable to reach assigned technician.Escalated to Nodal and Appellate authorities with no response yet @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @mashrujeet @airtelindia Airtel used to force customer to opt for postpaid over prepaid. I was trying to get the prepaid Sim but was forced to take postpaid connection.
