From past 3-4 days we don't have proper network service in our area by @airtelindia. Many of us have #Airtel users & some of @reliancejio user & they're happy with they're service. Dear @airtelindia please help the area with proper network service. Thank U.

So @airtelindia claim they have the largest network in India and they also claim they have better 4g connectivity in terms of speed.but it's a big lie, they have the largest network i agree but their 4g network is not that great and customer care is horrible.@Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia I am really not happy :-( with Airtel customer service, taken fiber plan (799 pm - 100mbps on 11 Jan 2021) but still getting 40 Mbps.. even if we fiber in society, lot of follow up happen but no luck, please help here

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have migrated to Airtel recently but I see always I get two or three points out of five in mobile network. I did use thanks app it says complaint registered but no one calls or inform And call drops are frequent 50 days left for validity
