  So @airtelindia claim they have the largest network in India and they also claim they have better 4g connectivity in terms of speed.but it's a big lie, they have the largest network i agree but their 4g network is not that great and customer care is horrible.@Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia @airtelnews I'm using Airtel postpaid SIM, but for the past few days I have not been able to use the Airtel internet service. I have raised several complaints, but the issue has still not been resolved. Because of this, I have been forced to use a new Jio SIM.

  @airtelindia what kind of internet service you provide, it's been 3 days still my issue isn't resolved yet. Although I am airtel postpaid user with unlimited 5G data plan. Customer care are just ignoring the complaint and kept saying the same things but not any resolution.

  @airtelindia @TRAI - Response email - We have found that service request has already been raised for the issue of being unable to make payment in the app under reference number 11033981213 The same is expected to be resolved by 03-07-2026 at 11:21 AM. and my wi fi expires today
