  So @airtelindia claim they have the largest network in India and they also claim they have better 4g connectivity in terms of speed.but it's a big lie, they have the largest network i agree but their 4g network is not that great and customer care is horrible.@Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia what pathetic customer service! If one wants a broadband connection, without checking if connection is possible in that area you create request and make the custom pay. After 1 week also you don’t provide the connection.

  @airtelindia When customer contacts support, you tell connection is not available in the area. Upon creating the cancellation and refund request, you say it can’t be cancelled coz connection is not provided. How the hell one can get one’s refund !! #disappointed
