    So @airtelindia claim they have the largest network in India and they also claim they have better 4g connectivity in terms of speed.but it's a big lie, they have the largest network i agree but their 4g network is not that great and customer care is horrible.@Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Very poor services in Agra. Broadband complain pending(135290682) ,not resolved in 12 days. Repeated requests not working.Employees are not picking call infact transfer their responsibility to each other. Nd ur twitter handle,is this really works?

    Pathetic service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presenc My broadband is not working from 7 days even after multiple calls ,complains and not even that they close the complaints without resolving the issue and this not even first time every month same happens for days severely disappointed

    @airtelindia Worst customer service and store manager. Your agents are misleading customer. First they provide information with exciting offers and when it's time to claim that offer they deny to give benefits to customer.

    It's been a week since i applied for Airtel XStream Fiber. However, till date there are no signs of any engineer reporting for the installation. If this is your service right now, I don't know how will it function later. I have to reconsider my ISP. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Yesterday I got a call from Airtel DTH department by confirming that the issue should resolved yesterday itself, but till now I didn't get any call or response from local technical team. Please provide an update asap
