    From past 3-4 days we don't have proper network service in our area by @airtelindia. Many of us have #Airtel users & some of @reliancejio user & they're happy with they're service. Dear @airtelindia please help the area with proper network service. Thank U.

    So @airtelindia claim they have the largest network in India and they also claim they have better 4g connectivity in terms of speed.but it's a big lie, they have the largest network i agree but their 4g network is not that great and customer care is horrible.@Airtel_Presence

    After the nightmare with Reliance Jio, I switched to @airtelindia hoping for better service. Paid ₹400 on April 27 for a new connection and since then complete silence. No installation, no response, no way to reach support. Same chaos, different provider. Completely unacceptable

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia AirFiber booking pending for 20 days. Payment done day 1. No response from rep. Cancellation requested 1 week ago, still no refund. Please cancel immediately & share refund reference. Else escalating to consumer forum.
