  So @airtelindia claim they have the largest network in India and they also claim they have better 4g connectivity in terms of speed.but it's a big lie, they have the largest network i agree but their 4g network is not that great and customer care is horrible.@Airtel_Presence

  Also @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ask your prepaid customer to - 1. Not eat while talking to a customer 2. Speak respectfully to prepaid customers too. This is super bad bad attitude yaar. Prepaid kya insaan nahi hote. 3. Never ever for any reason, raise their voice

  @airtelindia I booked and paid for wifi+dth connection on 25th March 2023. Got the wifi connection same day but there is no sign of DTH connection even after 10 days of payment. Kindly cancel broadband and dth connection request and refund me the full amount of Rs.4000/-.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hope all your employees and ceo must not have Airtel Wi-Fi at home as it doesn’t work. Since last 1 month Wi-Fi not working. Many complaints done, all solutions tried but still it is not working.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence So please come tomorrow and remove your poor Airtel wifi from my home. I don’t want it anymore and don’t want a call trying to solve the problem. Only my last decision is removal. No more poor Wi-Fi. Would like to continue with much better like Jio.

  I registered complaint regarding internet on 25th March but no technician visited yet. I am calling daily on customer care and they saying that technician will visit by end of day but nobody came. Just third class service from Airtel. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
