    So @airtelindia claim they have the largest network in India and they also claim they have better 4g connectivity in terms of speed.but it's a big lie, they have the largest network i agree but their 4g network is not that great and customer care is horrible.@Airtel_Presence

    From past 3-4 days we don't have proper network service in our area by @airtelindia. Many of us have #Airtel users & some of @reliancejio user & they're happy with they're service. Dear @airtelindia please help the area with proper network service. Thank U.

    @JioCare Tried relocating my Jio connection with order id LR00001D3UQR and wow… what a mess. Customer support is basically nonexistent, no updates, no timelines. Officially out of patience. Switching to @airtelindia or @ACTFibernet and closing this connection.

    @airtelindia they ensure that wifi issue will get resolved within 24hrs. Now it's More than 24 hrs my issue is not yet resolved nor able to connect with the customer care @DoT_India @JM_Scindia

    @airtelindia my broadband wifi is not working for the whole day today, cant reach out any customer care as there is no such service provided by you. On app it just say its taking more time to resolve. Kindly fix this asap or refund our money back.

    Hey @airtelindia,I raised SR 11029130408 on 26th April. It’s been well over 48 hours with zero internet and even worse communication. Your CC is clueless and won't even let me cancel! Either restore my connection NOW or just close the account. #AirtelDown #BadService #AirtelIndia

    Facing internet issues from the last 3 days. No response from @airtelindia even constantly complaining about it. From my experience everyone please use any other internet provider than airtel. Jio is better #airtelworstservice #dontuseairtel

    What is the use of 4G/5G, if we recharge for unlimited 5G and don't get it. And when it switches back to 4G, it's even worse than what 3G was a few years back. @airtelindia , been your customer for a few, but very dissatisfied.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is the worst service provider in India. They are just finding ways to grab money from you. No ethics and no respect for brand loyalty. I've been using Airtel Black for 4 years, and they will still screw you to make more money. #shameful
