    Ref No - 1485672316 dear @airtelindia I am using set top box I have error b001 only for Suntv @SunTV other channel visible clearly I discuss you team he ask visiting charges 150rs I don’t know why I give for visiting charges. In case I register complaint (part two)

    Dear @airtelindia i am facing call disconnect issue also slow network very long time isn't solve yet is it your 5G network? I am compliant my issue and according to Airtel app it's resolved . Also it's very hard to connect your costumer care

    @airtelindia ticket raised for fibre at 10:50 today, automatically closed without providing resolution. Again request raised, no resolution. Such poor response from customer care. and no option to write feedback.

    @airtelindia Worst Service Airtel. I just update my phone, And phone shows No range. But Jio show rang in sim 2 slot. Switch sim 1 and sim 2 slot but no different Airtel sim has no range. I check in another phone but Airtel sim has no range. And your day by day become worst.

    @airtelindia Trying to update my working number for my DTH connection neither done on telephonic customer care nor on mail. On mail no single response received. Pathetic customer service.
