@airtelindia I have contacted the team multiple times regarding the recharge issue. But the executives who spoke to me have no clarity and transperancy. I have spoken to supervisor many times but the they are disconnecting the call. You are providing very poor customer service.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence By whose authority it has been disconnected? I never allowed or confirmed to disconnet it. My work is at halt and I want immediate reconnection without any charges or else I shall raise a complaint with consumer forum and TRAI.

Kindly look into this @MoitOfficial. @airtelindia is making a web of wires around our home even though they have underground setup present. Also, they're using Private and Government properties to hang their wire bundle. This should be removed.
