@JayDixit_ @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Good decision, i am also planning to get rid of Airtel broadband connection in Maharashtra. Same pathetic service here as well. My broadband is down since last Sunday and no one from Airtel cares to get it fixed.

@airtelindia @reliancejio I have been experiencing continuous broadband disconnections for last 15-20 days. Complained a lot of times yet no solution plus constant reminder from Airtel to pay the bill. Why should I pay bill for the services which I didn't get this month?

@airtelindia Your service is really bad. very dissatisfied with your responses and services. Incorrect promises/commitments but cheating people. I have got cheated by Airtel. No resolution given to me till now, despite raising it to Nodal officers. Service is pathetic.
