    @airtelindia Hi, @airtelindia internet connectivity issues again with airtel black wi-fi. Unlike last time i could not even raise a ticket as your chat bot keeps hijacking the conversatuon. Will you please raise a ticket for wifi internet connectivity issue?

    Wtf @airtelindia already stopped unlimited 5g services for prepaid users even though I've unlimited 5g pack, this is straight up fraud and violation of users rights, fix this issue asap.

    They say building is not on our map/servers and everyday a new engineer is assigned and they keep saying same thing- I just want my refund now cuz I’m done but wait here’s the best part - customer care no doesn’t exist and the chat bot is **** af @airtelindia
