    @airtelindia I am disappointed at the level of customer service response on a case. I am talking about misinformation and you are emphasising on policy. Customer lost - Airtel wins because your employee provided misleading information.

    Such horrible experience with Airtel wifi post paid and their app. Everything is horrible. What ******** their tech team is doing. @airtelindia . I wifi is not working from last 3 day’s raised complain nothing happened app doesn’t allow to raise complain. Acc : 20034913776
