    @airtelindia @DoT_India I had an wifi connection installed in a school. Cleared all it's pending dues yesterday but still the connection is not being reactivated. I have spoken to about 10 customer care executive but none of them was helpful. Wrote an email to as well bt no help

    @airtelindia I have raised a complaint still not get any call. Tomorrow is last date to paid the bill. Not going to pay extra if complaint not solve. Will go to consumer court. What a useless service being member of Airtel black

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The worst part is that it's impossible to reach customer support. The IVR keeps looping, the chatbot doesn't let me raise a service request, and there's no way to talk to a human. I've even reached out to the area manager in Whitefield, but the issue is still unresolved.

    Been an @airtelindia Black customer for years — 10 unresolved service requests in 2 weeks, engineers refusing to own the issue ("not my dept"), support unable to help. Almost our entire society has already left Airtel over this. Fix it or lose another customer. @Airtel_Presence
