    I seriously think @airtelindia might be doing a better job at providing good service now. But here I am stuck with a non working Jio fiber which gets an issue every single month.

    @airtelindia I had set my caller tune last month and instead of that song it’s playing airtel song. Then I was not able to do anything for a month because in a month only once you can do or else you have to purchase subscription. Again today I set after one month and same issue

    @ThePlacardGuy @airtelindia That works if you get a 5G signal in so called big cities lol. Complained so many times...been an Airtel postpaid user since 2014...but sadly @Airtel_Presence doesn't give a **** about it. Been complaining since 2019 but nothing happened lol.

    The folks at @airtelindia are such crooks. They have disabled direct customer care contact via their IVR calls for Wi-Fi so you just sit there praying to God that your Wi-Fi gets fixed and they don’t even refund you for the days lost. Because to request a refund you need to speak to customer care!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Because of pathetic services , I discontinued Airtel Digital TV connection. Now I will discontinue your pathetic service in your broadband service. Extremely low speed...less than 1mbps while I suppose to get 40mbps. @TRAI
