    @airtelindia wifi is not working since last night. It is going to be restore today late evening. How to continue WFH? When due date crosses you disconnect the internet or charge penalty. Then who will pay for the current outage. Will you refund during the entire period of outage?

    @airtelindia @TheSunilMittal Dear Airtel, Requesting basic services like updating email/address, correcting name on bills, or initiating disconnection of SIM/Wi-Fi has become nearly impossible. Customer care calls result in 12-19 minutes of hold time with no resolution. The mobile app is so confusing that one needs exceptional patience ( or 780 IQ levels ) just to file a complaint. Worse, any disconnection request leads to repeated follow-up calls that feel more like harassment than service. This level of customer experience is unacceptable for a leading telecom provider. Kindly look into streamlining these processes and improving support. #Airtel #CustomerService #SunilMittal

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia IPTV order ID 46WNBTCPVC. 6 days after installation, IPTV is still pending despite multiple complaints and assurances. Extremely poor service and zero accountability. Is this how Airtel Black customers are treated? Resolve it today. @jagograhakjago

    @airtelindia A simple DTH complaint is pending since last 7 days, everyday I connect to CC and agent escalate the ticket on the system, no engineer visited at my residence in last 1 week, as service is free, I am black customer, generating revenue 25K per annum. @jagograhakjago

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My broadband (DSL ID: 0675815443347_wifi) has been down for a long time. I have raised multiple complaints, but the ETA keeps getting revised repeatedly since yesterday. This is causing significant disruption. Please resolve this urgent

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress i am facing WiFi problem since 9 june morning despite my repeatedly reporting my problem at 121 they are not able to solve my problem and they are not even sending a technician to my place. Even i visited the local Airtel office they are not raising a complaint.
