@airtelindia why on earth at this advanced age your process is so slow. Deactivated number is still reflecting in the plan. Call me to get this resolved. Your customer care nor you store agents are able to resolve this.Not happy with the service.

@airtelindia terribly disappointing and surprising that a replacement sim for an existing number cannot be activated even after 3 working days. I would imagine it's one of the easiest customer care queries! What will it take??

Receiving only automated messages and not able to reach Airtel customer care representatives. Airtel ku enna dhan achu? Simply waste of time. Airtel, pls fix the automated system and make sure customer reaches the representatives quickly. #Airtel #AirtelIndia #Airtel4G
