    @airtelindia very bad service by airtel. i recharged Data pack of 12gb but within two days it's laps. I don't know how it is possible without downloading any data it's laps. Thinking to change from Airtel to jio.

    @airtelindia it seems there is some issue in yr airtel app where in its shows, transaction failed but amt get debited frm our a/c, not once, 4 times, the details r shared in DM by @anandsk66, pls resolve as instead of 5000 u collected 20000/- , pls let us know whn u will refund.

    So apparently @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence gives a working network only if you recharge with an unlimited plan. From the time my quarterly plan has expired, and I continued with the basic recharge of ₹49. I see the network disappearing and most of incoming calls on the number

    @airtelindia I ported all connections to #airtel considering its performance, but day by day is it getting poor n poor. Nowadays only one singnal stick even if i stand at window. Request you to resolve on priority else i will have to Port out all connections.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I requested for shifting of my existing connection but the earliest appointment available is after 2 days. I tried booking new wifi connection & I got call from service engineer within an hour. Wow! No responsibility towards existing customers.

    Dear @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence , This is beyond frustrating now. I already opted out of your Wi-Fi service, clearly asked multiple times to stop calling me, and requested permanent closure of my connection. Yet every single day I keep getting multiple calls from your team asking the same questions again and again. How many times do I need to say NO? It is completely my choice whether I want to continue using Airtel services or not. Harassing customers daily with repeated calls after they have already opted out is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I even requested your team to collect the router from my home, but there has been no proper response from your side. Instead of resolving the issue, your team keeps disturbing me every day with unnecessary calls. Totally pathetic customer service and harassment at this point. Respect customer decisions and stop forcing your services on people. #Airtel #AirtelXstream #PoorCustomerService

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Surprised that porting for a prepaid connection is not offered by you. Was told the software application for prepaid onboarding was down past 3 week. And only post paid requests are accepted. This at Airtel showroom. Can you clarify?

    Worst network ever @airtelindia last time I gave them complaint but not shame on there face to provide better network in bikaner rajasthan city . As soon as fast my 90 days complete i transfer my sim to another network. Airtel your network is **** aa thoo @@airtelindia

    Choosing @airtelindia postpaid plan was terrible decision. Call drop is a common issue in my area. Govt should bring more players to this industry otherwise these poor services will be normal .
