    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have beeen registered a complaint for no signal issue for my DTH since last 5 days, there is no response from the technical team nor from customer care team. Please look into this, i have never experienced such horrible experience from airtel.

    @airtelindia has your service been so poor I have been complaining for network issue from past 6 month.. No one from your company address the issue.. Is this your priority to. Your customers.. I have been using only because I am helpless.. Let's c when this get resolved...

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Whenever I need to call someone I need to come out of my home / Office.What a great quality of 5G Network you have.Even your customer care number is also not going through.EVEN IF THE AIRTEL SERVICE IS GIVEN FREE NOT WORTHY 2 TAKE AS FOC.

    I have been using @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence from past 2 months and my airtel mobile number 8881068923. I had registered a complaint many times regarding Network and data issues but nothing has resolved yet. Your call centre executive service is pathetic.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hello, I need a quick and an urgent help I have 3 Airtel sim cards but for some unknown reason I am not able to call my Relatives in Goa (Area code is 0832) But I am able to connect to them via Vodafone Please help as i Don't want to port back.

    @JioCare Today got the Portability done from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence to Jio. And your Network is even worst then Airtel. Basis on Trust I opted for Portability but pathetic network. Network Fluctuating with no network and No Service and Data is not working at all.

    @airtelindia it seems there is some issue in yr airtel app where in its shows, transaction failed but amt get debited frm our a/c, not once, 4 times, the details r shared in DM by @anandsk66, pls resolve as instead of 5000 u collected 20000/- , pls let us know whn u will refund.

    @airtelindia Why does it take 15 days to resolve a network issue when an “agent assigned” update itself comes only after 5 days? Interesting choice of words too — calling it a “request” instead of a complaint subtly shifts the mindset from “customer issue to be fixed” to “favor to be granted.” Customers paying monthly rental are not asking for charity; they are paying for a service. If service is unavailable for days, why should customers pay full monthly rent? Will Airtel waive charges for the 15-day disruption period? @Airtel_Presence

    Is there anything worse than @airtelindia ? I’ve had no wifi since coming back home on Tuesday evening. Called them 12 times finally got someone on the phone and they said they’ll reconnect the wifi and nothing as been done. Just awful @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia without any intimation hw my wifi plan has chngd...already called CC there don't knw hw it got upgraded...they told me will get a cal from billing dept...there is also same issue....I don't want any upgrade in my plan make it as what I hv opted

    Airtel has the worst customer support and service of all time! Such callous and rude behaviour for such a big company is appalling ! With no resolution from customer service , this has been the most infuriating process! @airtelindia
