    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence both 121 and 198 and app ticket are for complaining as customers. But if I have a complaint about one of your wires dangling in front of house and we are forced to cut it and inform you as public service, which number should we use? Can you DM pls?

    @airtelindia Not able to receive or make calls from last 4 days. When I raised a ticket resolution is expected by Aug 1st!! Is it a joke? No way to speak to CC on 198 and 121. What kind of service is this? Almost 400+ are facing issue and you are least bothered. #worst #jio

    Im not worried about 5G hotspot, but Im frustrated about @Airtel_Presence way of response. They simply asked me to DM the query, I did but no response no resolution even I haven’t heard back from them. Its been more than a week. Pathetic @airtelindia
