    @Harshita511 @airtelindia Had Airtel at my home from past 10 years or more. Their services and grievance redressal has become really bad . It’s an endless loop and worse than dealing with a govt office. I switched to Jio fibre in the end. Airtel has not even paid my deposit despite picking up router etc.

    @airtelindia Just close my WiFi connection and stop billing me. I will get it from someone else when you cannot even handle a WiFi shift. Stop lying every damn day on call that you are getting it shifted in a few hours. Take some responsibility and have some shame. @airtelindia

    My father’s Airtel SIM got deactivated due to a recharge issue. When I visited the nearby Airtel store for a replacement SIM, I was asked to pay ₹2,500, which seems unreasonable for a simple SIM reissue. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I have been following up for unbundling and deactivation of DTH connections for past 10 days vide Reference No. 1-J8F6891. Everytime I am being given 24 hrs time line but no solution so far. I have already made payment as well the day team asked to to the needful.
