After every options it will support to use #airtelthanksapp then i tried to open that also but it is just saying your internet is fine im facing that problem from last few months but no reply from them. Worst network coverage even jio works fine for some time @airtelindia never

@airtelindia Trying to reach out to customer care for airtel broadband disconnection but unable to do so. There’s no option for disconnection on app neither is any process mentioned on airtel website. Need to get this completed by Monday as moving out of the city. Pls help.

@GTPL_Hathway @JioCare @airtelindia Also, GTPL is sending unauthorised person for service installation without Company ID. He seems to be possible threat and didn't fix the issue and closed the ticket without fixing the slow speed issue. Page 2
