I got my SIM changed yesterday but the new SIM is still not able to provide proper network in open area. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelcare please stop saying that you are India’s number 1 network and forget about 5G, please get your 4G network proper.

@airtelindia Hey Airtel all of a sudden my sim service are not available it keeps on showing no service, plus there is no way to reach to your customer support via 198 or using app, I have to do various emergency payments and my network plus sim is down. Really frustrated

@airtelindia at least give a way to talk to customer support for immediate resolution your IVR of 198 is useless, Airtel thanks app too doesn’t have any feature to talk to an agent, im really frustrated now that all of a sudden my sim service is not there in time of emergency.

Shameful @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Everyday I got a spam call from your IVR. Blocked it but still getting the airtel spam calls. Pathetic service by Airtel. Resolve the issue asap.
