Two years ago I got airtel fiber connection in a day. Applied for a new connection now. It's been more than 10 days and same excuses, no action.. what happened to @airtelindia ? I have been a custmr since 2009, this is the wrst customer service experience ever.@Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia offline since Sun, agent not lifting the call, service tech expecting me to drop everything and race home mid afternoon yesterday, rescheduled for 6pm, said he was on way, no visit by 9pm, called and said he not coming, there by 8am. 9.30am not came and not lifting.

@airtelindia I have raised a shift request in Delhi which is not being actioned upon despite repeated follow ups. I will disconnect my service if nothing is done today.

@airtelindia Fiber connection available in my area. Customer care says not available, but technicians are giving new connections. 2 junction boxes available in my building itself. Technician says cancel existing connection and buy new one, its faster and easier.

Turn of events. Ft- @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I paid my last bill on 22nd June. I used it for a week and requested my service provider to shut my services on 29th June. No messages received. Called him again and he mentioned that he can raise the request only once.
