    @airtelindia running a fraud. Sold 999/- plan with promise of amaz prime benefit, but not allowing to claim due to "system error". Customer care escalated and even admitted issue, still shamelessly refusing to correct. I have proofs- emails and call recordings. illegal. unethical

    Dear @airtelindia ,never expected such poor customer service.connection shifting for broadband filed one month ago.. no response after constant follow up. If shifting is not possible please refund atleast.we chose Airtel out of trust-1/2
