    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet down in Aya Nagar, New Delhi (Pin 110047) since yesterday. Your chatbot keeps looping and isn’t even generating a complaint number. Extremely poor support experience. Please fix this urgently.

    @airtelindia my wifi 025332599283 down for it's been 12hr now tell me beside my works how do u gone recover me my data ? Are you going to extend it ? Or refund it ? And also how shame ful it is like big company like u failed to give proper support. @airtelnews

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia How many times is the same broadband outage supposed to happen before it stops being a “temporary issue” and starts being called negligence? Every few days my Wi-Fi goes down for days, there is barely any human support

    @airtelindia I am extremely disappointed with the poor service and lack of customer support. If the issue cannot be resolved immediately, please disconnect my Airtel Broadband connection, as I no longer wish to continue with such unsatisfactory service.
