    Hey @airtelcare, do you really care? I upgraded to Airtel Black (so called priority service) and since then I have been facing numerous issues and the the time taken to fix these simple issues is more than 15 days for each complaint, that too after 5-6 follow ups. cc @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your service is degrading day by day, not able to make and attend any call. Need to go through online platform for the same. Are you sure you progressing towards 5g when your 4g is worst than 3g?

    @airtelindia We are getting into 5G era but there is still no proper signal to even make voice calls in my area. PIN CODE : 500079 (Shiridi Sai Nagar, Hasthinapuram, Hyderabad, Telangana) Isn’t it ridiculous?

    @airtelindia This is literally very bad experience from Airtel i switched to Airtel black plan of 1099 where wifi cost will be of 749 and DTH cost will be of 350 but you guys are charging extra for DTH even without adding any extra channels and send me a bill with inappropriate amount

    @airtelindia Some websites & apps not working with my Airtel Broadband internet. They working fine on other networks. Ex: Twitter, Quora, Tradingview, etc.

    @airtelindia Customer service at Airtel sucks. I wanted to change a corporate connection to an individual connection. After taking the documents, I am asked to come the next day to sign a form that they can’t fill at the same time. Reason: it’s too lengthy. 1/2

    @airtelindia i raised a request 10073404000 for internet connection installation which is supposed to be resolved by today. But technician is not in place yet. It is impacting my WFH. zero customer support and understanding. #Airtel4G #WiFi #airtel
