    Airtel is one of the worst ever experience I've had. I mean N number of complaints I've done on the ivr there is not a single excutive to respond to the problem and idk if they check on to their data base or complaints because there's the same issue I face everytime. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia This is very ridiculous. I am not able to use the Xstream play app on my phone and on IPTV since last 4 days. I have called multiple times on 121 for resolution but nothing happened. Please look into the issue and resolve this asap.

    @airtelindia I’m extremely disappointed with the way my complaint is being handled. On 5 August at 11:24 PM,I made a payment of ₹354 for a 500 GB Data Add-On for my Airtel Xstream Fiber connection (DSL ID: 0766225681261_wifi)The amount was successfully deducted from my account

    @airtelindia Worst customer experience from sion branch....name of the employee sunny....he talked rudely as we asked documents required for the work to be done.....he replied in a very tough language and asked to wait in the queue of an hour for just to know what docs are req.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Unbelievable. After major outages on July 14 and August 5, my Airtel Wi-Fi is down AGAIN today (August 8) with no network since morning. Three major failures in under a month despite repeated promises. Formal consumer complaint being filed now.

    @airtelindia Your service is absolutely unacceptable. My Airtel Wi-Fi has been non-functional for the last 3 days. Complaint No. 11037303303 has already been raised. I have called your customer care 4 times. Despite multiple calls, no resolution—only repeated false timelines.

    @airtelindia Airtel network has been completely down in Shidode, Taluka Beed, District Beed, Maharashtra for the last 2 days. The Airtel tower is not working and the entire village is facing network issues.📍 Location: 19.034107, 75.773536 Please urgently check the tower
