    @airtelindia @SukhuSukhvinder We haven't had any network coverage in the village of Bhater, near Uhal, Hamirpur (Himachal) for ages. Can you do something about it? Half of the village still has no telecom network.

    @TRAI It's affecting the day to day functioning. The overall standard of service has gone down. The duopoly needs to be broken for a healthy market and optimal services. The ground level workers dealing with customer of both @reliancejio and @airtelindia have become very arrogant.

    @TRAI @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Airtel router is outdated & unable to support required upload speed for YT Live. I contacted your customer care team to request a router replacement but denied by technical team. Hence, I express my deep dissatisfaction.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Paid ₹1500 for new Xstream Fiber connection. Engineer visited and said installation is not possible. If service is not feasible, why was money collected

    @airtelindia I have raised wifi issue on 13 Aug 2026, till now this has not been resolved and I am facing issues due to this as I am unable to complete the work. Everyday I am calling customer care but I am assured that this will be resolved on priority but nothing changes.

    @TRAI Airtel charges Rs 349 for 28 days promising with 2 GB data per day and unlimited 5G but @airtelindia has the worst service we can't even use 2GB data due extremely slow network but still government is not taking any strict action for luring the customer with false promises.
