Ask @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence for the signal issues. . . . Their best solution is "Get the boster tower installed on your house if you want signals🤦

Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , I'm not getting any signal since morning, my phone is perfectly fine. And on Airtel thanks app it's asking to switch off wifi to diagnose the problem but how do you diagnose the problem if there is no network at all.

@airtelindia So disappointed with your customer care service. Got as many as 10 calls for eSIM verification. On pressing the desired option, it was redirecting me to previous menu. Somehow managed to get the QR code via email, scanned it and my sim has stopped working! :(
