I have airtel sim i have complained 2 times from airtel app that i can't get network from inside the house but airtel stopped my complaint without contacting me and sending any employee for checking. The use of airtle is worse than vi. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRA

@airtelindia I opted for Airtel Black and requested DTH and Fiber connection on 11/09/2021.DTH connection is installed on same day, Whereas there is sign of installing the fiber connection. Kindly Help.

@AirtelPresence @airtelindia Sorry to bring up the issue here,your CSEs can't solve it. I had a concern about overbilling from last month, spoke the CSE last month - half was returned; spoke to the CSE now, just to get vague info. Thanks app sucks. It doesn't work to open tickets
