Few days back got installed new connection and after two days only speed gone down have compliant regarding the same issue also but no one came to resolve the issue till today! Now what should i do? @airtelindia seriously not good experience in initial also

How long does it take to resolve an issue related to network issue from your end @airtelindia? First to raise the tariff prize, understandable since it's raised after 2 year, but if we can show some understanding towards you, why can't you resolve our problems quickly?

@airtelindia serious problem with broadband since a week now. Internet connectivity gets cut off randomly. Technicians keep giving excuses and false promises. Do something.

Its a request to all the members that don't use airtel xtream Fibre...They didn't given me a proper waiver also..When we called them then they told no outage found...In a month 5 days working rest of the month nil.then also we have to pay full money@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia Very wierd experience with customer care . I recharged with ₹149 today morning and upon increase in prices by 26nov ,I recharged with₹1498 . But noticed that both plan are running simultaneously and my ₹149 plan is wasted .

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal I am using Airtel postpaid sim and a wifi at my location but the internet speed is pathetic. Dont see reason paying so much money and expecting such bad service.Raised query earlier no improvement yet. Pls check.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I've recharge 2499 pack before price increase as promised by you need validity will be started from current pack expiry but it started immediately after recharge! WTF , still 6 days are trending of my existing recharge , resolve the issue #Airtel
