    Why @airtelindia shutdown the #sms facilities in basic recharge? This is worst policy. They provide sms facilities only to the costomer who have unlimited pack. @TRAI @airtelindia

    @gopalv108 @airtelindia @TRAI Hello, I'm facing network problem since 8-10 months, I have complained so many times still no solution was found from your side. Vodafone Idea and Jio giving much better service than yours, Their internet service is much better than yours.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare - my wife applied for number portability on 26th Aug from Vi to @airtelindia because of your pathetic service. Till date nothing has happened and your executives cuts the call moment they listen about the same @TRAI what is the TAT for number portability?

    @airtelindia your 4G network is like 2G. when you Pay for speed internet but there is no speed . So you improve you network or stop claiming that the Airtel is india fastest Network .

    @airtelindia Hello airtel, it's your customer from other side since last 12 years. Since last 23 days I've raised an issue regarding hellotunes not being getting activated but still no resolution has been provided from your side. What's the benifit of being a platinum customer?
