    @airtelindia Ported to Airtel with 8 new connections in July. Sorry to inform that with just 2 days over due date, our all connections got disconnected today. No billing clarity, wrong promises and very poor customer services. Feeling cheated with Airtel Mobile & DTH. God help.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Been trying to apply for xstream fibre broadband service since last 4 years specially when you're already present across the street. 3 major housing societies (each of them with more than 250 apartments) are present at this location. Pls do something

    @airtelindia I have applied for connection of airtel xstream fiber before 8-10days and i have not got any response from your side. I am calling since 8 days and raised complaint 2 times there no action has performed. I got worst experience have ever got.

    @airtelindia For my last bill I had raised an SR 31-3221998210034. I do not see an response to it however a new bill was generated today on top of it. I had called the customer care twice and got the same response. Can someone look into it please!!! #airtelcheats

    @airtelindia situation in guwahati - Internet goes off post 10 pm everyday for 3-4 hours. Service engineers don't visit even after 3 days. Airtel customer care tells you to pick up their calls even when in a meeting. Disregard engineers not picking up when you call back.

    Hi @airtelindia, @JioCare couldn't process a simple refund even after 60+ days. That doesn't give me confidence they'll provide better service either. My family has 5 Jio SIMs. Planning to port them to Airtel. Could you please guide me through the porting process?

    I get a DM saying my request has been escalated last night. This morning, instead of the status of the refund, I get a SMS saying a new technician has been assigned. Over email, @airtelindia now says they cannot cancel the connection, after saying it's already done on Thursday.
