    @airtelindia For my last bill I had raised an SR 31-3221998210034. I do not see an response to it however a new bill was generated today on top of it. I had called the customer care twice and got the same response. Can someone look into it please!!! #airtelcheats

    @airtelindia Your employees at Customer care office in Garkheda Aurangabad, Mah has no sense of talking to customers & have a very rude attitude. Such people only force customers to port to other carriers. Isn't there any training given to them by Airtel how to behave with cust?

    @airtelindia your AI chatbot is of no use. I tried to chat with your support agent but the chatbot is keep on bringing me to the main menu. If your nonsense chatbot is not able to understand the user's query then it should redirect the chat to human agent. Don't harash the user.

    @RajaSubramani22 @airtelindia Hi! To disconnect your Airtel broadband: Open Airtel Thanks app → select your broadband → Help & Support → Broadband → Disconnection (or Manage Services). Submit request with reason. Or call 121/198 from your registered Airtel number, request cancellation, and note the SR ID. It usually processes in 3-7 days. They may ask why—stay firm if you're sure. Let me know if you need more help!
