    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Literally fed up with the worst network quality & call drop issues since last few months. None of the calls get through in first attempt & get complete. Why should we suffer like this? Is anyone listening at Airtel? Feel like throwing away handset.

    @airtelindia I have applied for connection of airtel xstream fiber before 8-10days and i have not got any response from your side. I am calling since 8 days and raised complaint 2 times there no action has performed. I got worst experience have ever got.

    @airtelindia Nowadays, your service and customer engagement has fallen to third grade level. On one hand, the signal coverage & call connectivity has turned pathetic in Chennai. It's almost BLANK in South Chennai indoors and we are forced to manage with WiFi or WhatsApp calls. Call dropping & Connectivity is another big pain. Add to that, these (attached) growing harassment SMS threatening customers that Service may be BLOCKED and lose receiving OTPs. Such rude messages are being sent from 1 week before the actual expiry date. @airtelindia your business is roaring due to the duopoly in India and yet you stoop so low? Gone are the days when you were reliable & sensible in your service. Now, you are neither Premium in your service nor in your customer engagement. We are stuck without alternatives and we long for the days of 2010s.

    @airtelindia my WiFi is not working since morning then at 9.30 am it started working but at 11.00 am it stopped working again your customer care is saying is it will be scheduled for tommorow to fix the WiFi problem but I want it asap as I have pending work to do today it self

    So far no response from @reliancejio, very pathetic service. Truly disappointed. I made 6 months recharge so once it finishes I'm planning to switch to @airtelindia .
