    @airtelindia #badcustomerservice hello @airtelindia , we had raised an SR 129663754 on 5th april and its been 10 days now neither the issue was resolved nor any action was taken. We are fed up calling customer care daily. So look into the issue at earliest & resolve. #airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence After spending almost 25 days, data fully consumed (data service was actually pathetic). I was give some other plan however activated with different plan. I ws better with Vodafone atlst if they charge higher, they provide better network! 9982453030

    And now suddenly Airtel added 3x more amount in my monthly Bill. If my issue will not be resolve then I’ll raise a case file against @airtelindia in Consumer Court. And this time I’ll be definitely switching into @VodafoneGroup if I didn’t get any settlement. @airtelnews Thanks.

    Nodal officers are also aware about it. I wonder why they all are not taking strict action. If the consumers are not happy, it can be a slanting down time line in graph of a company @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Do you people even have any sense? I requested WiFi disconnection a year ago, but it’s still not removed. Your customer care keeps calling me 15 times daily even after telling you not to. Never seen such cheap tricks and poor service.

    Adding Airtel sham services ,post visiting store they can still fix back update in there cheapest crm software they are using . All i get hear bull from @airtelindia we working since 28th April , they messed by unbundling blacknaccount and now they can't get it back

    @airtelindia now they are telling me to wait for 48 hrs, to see if the sim would be active as they have emailed someone. @DoT_India please have a look into this issues. They are barring the services without any intimation and asking me to wait for indefinitely.

    @airtelindia Why does it take 15 days to resolve a network issue when an “agent assigned” update itself comes only after 5 days? Interesting choice of words too — calling it a “request” instead of a complaint subtly shifts the mindset from “customer issue to be fixed” to “favor to be granted.” Customers paying monthly rental are not asking for charity; they are paying for a service. If service is unavailable for days, why should customers pay full monthly rent? Will Airtel waive charges for the 15-day disruption period? @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia India's worst internet service provider...Agar ek baar aap #Airtel ke chakker mei fas jaoge fir .....poora paisa aapka barbaad....no refund....beware of #airtel . U can try even local internet service provider. Shifting or disconnection pending from 8th April.
