    @airtelindia i want to temporarily deactivate my wifi. Called your customer service number but they are saying my fixedline number is wrong though i entered the same number that was mentioned in bill. Please reply. This is the second time i am tweeting.

    @Airtel_Presence Do you really think that such a long time needed. See the log, my closed SR and please check no technician visited and SR closed. Is this the way to provide services. I have to switch with other service provider. I don’t want bit I will have to do @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia do you have any action plan to resolve the issue or shall we look for alternatives. We are tired calling helpdesks & hearing the false eta that it will be resolved in next 6 hours. Please be transparent guys its almost 12 days now. #patheticservice

    And now suddenly Airtel added 3x more amount in my monthly Bill. If my issue will not be resolve then I’ll raise a case file against @airtelindia in Consumer Court. And this time I’ll be definitely switching into @VodafoneGroup if I didn’t get any settlement. @airtelnews Thanks.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia trying to get Airtel Xstream fiber installed but your on technical team is so much non-responsive that i doubt any customer would belive that the service will be worth it !!

    @airtelindia where is the option to cancel the subscription? Your app / chat bot doesn't show the option to cancel. I have moved to a different location and took airtel digital TV subscription, but you don't let me cancel my old subscription and keep generating bill. It's frustrating and I'm not gonna recharge and will take it to legal for dark pattern pratice

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's high time you have an open transparent ticketing portal that's visible to customers. Otherwise, we keep raising issues but you don't even understand the issue. Also, few of your routers have software bugs and you act like you don't care.

    @cneuralnetwork I've never used a brand after that experience, i still use local Wi-Fi vendors atleast they respond within 24 hours. @airtelindia is a shameless company and they don't even care about it.

    @JioCare It's been 10 days of disruption in the last one month. I'm fed up. @airtelindia up for grab? All I need is decent service. I know there will be disruptions but need assurance that my problem will be heard in case of an SR. Not a big ask!
