    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what's happening again with me? Again I'm facing problm with your network connectivity. My internet was not working last 36 hr and also facing call drops. If you'll not resolved my problm then I'll change this network. Very disappointing with you.

    Trying to convert my physical SIM to eSIM on iPhone15(eSIM compatible).Now neither the eSIM nor the physical SIM is working looks like both are deactivated. Couldn’t reach @airtelindia support,tried calling from another number too but the IVR was completely unhelpful. @airtelnews

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Airtel WiFi plan includes Netflix Basic and I want to upgrade to Premium by paying the extra. The app doesn’t allow it, customer support called and promised to give instructions, I’ve received no update. Why make it so hard for a customer?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews no wifi from yesterday. In cumulative, may be 24 hrs or more. service request 10987574389 auto created but engineer visit after 3 days. In the meantime, no relief. Relief sought: Pls refund pro rata, prvide unlimited data in airtel mobile
