    Nodal officers are also aware about it. I wonder why they all are not taking strict action. If the consumers are not happy, it can be a slanting down time line in graph of a company @airtelindia

    It is strange how companies quickly start falling apart once they are large enough to be no. 1. @airtelindia used to be customer centric and even brought services like "Black" but cost-cutting means incompetent customer service agents and engineers, leading to bad experiences.
