@airtelindia Had very bad Experience at Airtel Gallery Kondhwa(NIBM) Pune. The query was simple to get the physical Sim to eSim to which the lady said to get the number moved to Postpaid. The issue stand unresolved. Probably moving to different service provider would be better.
