    @airtelindia scam I have done a recent recharge with 999 which offer @DisneyPlusHS subscription but when I tried hotstar its not included. @Airtel_Presence response - when you do such recharge contact customer care first What d hell 😡

    @airtelindia customer care was pathetic in response to this, said they cannot generate the bill for me before due date because that is the "process" and can't be changed. Have been an #Airtel customer from 2002 in various forms, this might be the last push.

    Rarely, I get such prompt & proper response from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence but today, one of their representatives Ramsha, was so quick that she resolved my issues within minutes. I appreciate her efforts! I wish Airtel teams, dealing with emails, should also act responsibly.

    @airtelindia it would really help if the last 10 complaints I raised were actually solved instead of just closing them without a solution. You're charging me more for a mistake you made and aren't rectifying it.
